1. Remove the hardware pack and all loose partsfromthecarton. Besurethecarton isemptybeforediscarding.

2. Layoutallthepartsasshowninthecartoncontents.

3. Position cart body halves upright on a smooth levelsurfacesuchasagaragefloororapaveddriveway.Seefigure2.

4. Assemblehalvestogetherusingthree1/4"x3/4"hexboltsand1/4"nylocknutsasshowninfigure2.Do not tighten yet.

OPERATION

MAINTENANCE

1. Atthebeginningofeachseason,lubricate,withalightmachineoil,thelatch,thelatchpivotbolt,andtheareaoftheaxlewherethedrawbartonguepivots.

2. Grease or oil the wheel bearings periodically. Useautomotive wheel bearing type grease or 20 weightoil.

3. Keeptiresfilledtotherecommendedtirepressureof12-14Lbs.

1. Refertothevehicleownersmanualforinstructionsonsafe operation on slopes.

2. Usetheslopeguideprovidedonpage8ofthismanualto determine if slope angle is not too steep for safe operation.

3. Forbesthandlingandtraction,distributetheweightoftheloadevenlyinthecart.

4. Always test tomakesure your tractorhasadequatetowing and braking capabilities whenever hauling asubstantial amount ofweight in your cart.Useextracautionwhenoperatingonslopes.

5. Todumpmaterialfromthecart,removethetailgatebyliftingitstraightupandoutfrombetweentheguides.Releasethespringlatchonthetonguebypullingthelatchlockleverforward,awayfromthecart.Thecartbedwillthentiltbackwardstoemptyitscontents.Afteremptying,pullthefrontofthebeddowntowardthecarttongue until the latch snaps into place.Replace thetailgate if desired.

6. Themaximumtowingspeedforthiscartis10m.p.h.

DO NOT EXCEED 1200 LB. CAPACITY OF CARTOne cubic foot of dirt weighs approximately 80 lbs.

CAUTION: TO AVOID POSSIBLE INJURY, BEFORE RELEASING THE LATCH BE SURE THAT NO ONE IS NEAR THE CART.

17. Montez une entretoise, une rondelle plate, une roue avecla tige de soupape faisant face vers l'extérieur, une autrerondelleplatesurl'essieucommemontrédanslafigure12.Fixezsolidementlarouesurl'essieuaumoyend'unegoupille,enécartantsesextrémités.Montezlechapeaudemoyeuenl'appuyantparunepressionsurlarondelleplate.Répétezlamanœuvresurl'autreextrémitédel'essieu.

18. Graissezlesrouesàl’aided’unpistoletgraisseur.

IMPORTANT:Pompezlagraissedanslesraccordsdegraissagejusqu’àcequ’ellesorteauniveaudesmoyeuxdesroues.

IMPORTANT:Assurez-vousquelabarredetractiond'attelageestsolidementverrouilléeausupportdesoutiend'attelageaumoyendu levier loquet de verrouillage.

19. Retournezlaremorquedefaçonàcequ'ellereposeaveclecôtédroitsursesroues.

20. Montez l'extrémité inférieure du support d'attelage (deuxtrous)dansl'emplacementsetrouvantàl'avantdelabarredetractiond'attelage.Serrez-leàlabarreenutilisantunboulonhex.de3/8”x1”,uneetuncontreécrouhex.de3/8”.Serrez. Voirfigure13.

21. Montezlagoupilled'attelageautraversdusupportd'attelageetdelabarred'attelageetverrouillezaveclagoupilleépinglede1/8".Voirfigure13.

VIGILE EL CARRITO CUANDO LO TENGA DE PIE DURANTE EL MONTAJE. ¡LA CAÍDA DE UN CARRITO PUEDE PROVOCAR DAÑOS PERSONALES! PRESTE ATENCIÓN A LA ESTABILIDAD DEL CARRITO MIENTRAS SE ENCUENTRE DE PIE. PARA CONSEGUIR UNA MEJOR ESTABILIDAD, MÓNTELO SOBRE UNA SUPERFICIE PLANA Y NIVELADA.

PRECAUCION

HERRAMIENTAS NECESARIAS PARA EL MONTAJE(1) Destornillador(1) Alicates(2) Llavesde7/16"(2) Llavede1/2"(2) Llavesde9/16"

1. Saqueelpackdetornilleríay todas laspiezassueltasdelembalaje.Asegúresedequeelembalajeestávacíoantesde tirarlo.

2. Disponga todas las piezas tal y como semuestra en loscontenidosdelembalaje.

3. Coloquedepielasdosmitadesdelcuerpodelcarritosobreunasuperficieplanaynivelada,comoelsuelodeungarajeouncaminopavimentado.Vealafigura2.

4. Acopleambasmitadesutilizandotres tornillosconcabezahexagonal 1/4"x 3/4" y tuercas de bloqueo hex 1/4", tal ycomosemuestraenlafigura.No las apriete todavía.

5. Coloqueel soportede refuerzode lapuerta traseraen laparteexteriordelcarrito,talycomosemuestraenlafigura3.Acópleloalcuerpodelcarritoutilizandocuatrotornillosdecabezareforzada5/16"x3/4"ytuercasdebloqueohex.5/16".No las apriete todavía.Vealafigura3.

6. Coloquelasguíasdelapuertatraseraenlaparteinteriordeloscuerposdelcarritoconloscanalesdelasguíassituadosenlapartedelantera,talycomosemuestraenlafigura3.Acóplelasutilizandocuatro tornillosconcabezahex.1/4"x3/4"ytuercasdebloqueohex.1/4".No las apriete todavía. Vealafigura3.

16. Coloqueelextremocortodelmuelleenelorificiodelapalancadebloqueodelcierre.Utiliceunextractordemuelles,talycomosemuestraen lafigura11,paraacoplarelextremolargodelmuelleenelorificiocuadradodelalengüeta.

17. Coloqueunexpaciador,unaarandelaplana,unruedaconlaválvuladelneumáticomirandohaciafuerayunaarandelaplanaeneleje,talycomosemuestraenlafigura12.Fijelaruedaalejeconunpasadordealetas,desplegandolosextremos.Coloquelatapadelcubopresionándolasobrelaarandelaplana.Repitalaoperaciónenelotroextremodeleje.

18. Engrase las ruedas con la pistola engrasadora.

IMPORTANTE:Bombeegrasaalosengrasadoreshastaquesalgaporelextremodelasmazasdelasruedas.

IMPORTANTE:Asegúresedequelalengüetadeenganchequedetotalmenteencajadaenelsoportedelabasedelcierremediantelapalancadebloqueodelcierre.

19. Gire el carrito, demodo que descanse sobre sus ruedasquedandohaciaarriba.

20. Paseelextremodelsoportedeenganche(dosorificios)atravésdelaranurasituadaenlapartedelanteradelalengüetadeenganche.Fíjeloalalengüetautilizandoeltornillodecabezahex.3/8"x1"ytuercadebloqueohexl3/8".Apriete. Vea la figura13.

21. Paseelpasadordeengancheatravésdelsoportedeengancheydelalengüeta,yfíjeloconunpasadordealetasespiral1/8”.Vealafigura13.

22. Coloquelapuertatraseraenlasguíasdelapuertatrasera,demodoque losorificiosdel reborde inferiorde lapuertatraseraencajenenlostornillosdecabezaranuradadelaparteinferiordelcarrito.Conestaoperaciónfinalizaelmontajedesu carrito.

7. Enestemomento,conlasdosmitadesdelcuerpodelcar-ritojuntas,aprieteloscuatrotornillosconcabezareforzadacolocadosenelpaso5y,acontinuación,loscuatrotornillosconcabezahex.colocadosenelpaso6.Demomento,dejeflojoslostornilloscolocadosenelpaso4.

8. Conmuchocuidado,inviertalaposicióndelcarrito,demodoquedescansesobreelextremoconelsoportederefuerzodelapuertatraserareciénmontado,talycomosemuestraenlafigura4.Prosigaconlospasosdemontajequeseindicana continuación.

9. Monteelpaneldelanterosobreelextremodelcarritoutilizandoseistornillosconcabezahex.1/4"x3/4"ytuercasdebloqueohex1/4",talycomosemuestraenlafigura5.Dejedosorificiosvacíosenlaparteinferiordelpanel,talycomosemuestra.Conambasmitadesdelcuerpodelcarritojuntas,aprietelostornillosdelaparteinferiordelpaneldelantero,acontinuaciónaprietelostornillosaamboslados.Vealafigura5.

Enestemomento,aprietelostornillosmontadosenelpaso4,quefijanlapartelaparteinferiordelcarrito.

10. Acople el soporte de las ruedasal carrito utilizandoochotornillosconcabezareforzada5/16"x3/4"ytuercasdebloqueohex5/16",talycomosemuestraenlafigura6.Lascabezasdelostornillosdebenquedarenlaparteinteriordelcarrito.Apriete.

11. Gireelsoportedelabasedelcierre,demodoquelalengüetade alineación quede en la parte de atrás (parte inferior) del soporte.Monteelsoportedelabasedelcierreenelcarritoutilizandocuatrotornillosconcabezahexagonal1/4"x3/4"ytuercasdebloqueohex1/4".APRIETE.Vealafigura7.

12. Coloque las dos tapas de las esquinas en las esquinas delanterasdelcarritoutilizandocuatrotornillosconcabezahexagonal1/4"x3/4"ytuercasdebloqueohex1/4".Coloquetambién dos tornillos con cabeza hexagonal 1/4"x 3/4" ytuercasdebloqueohex1/4"enlasdosesquinastraserasdelcarrito. APRIETE.Vealafigura8.

13. Paraevitarlacaídaaccidentaldurantelossiguientespasosdemontaje,bajeelcarritoydejequedescansesobresusbordessuperiores,demodoqueelsoportede las ruedasquedemirandohaciaarriba.Vealafigura9.

14.Coloquelalengüetadeenganche(conlacaraabiertahaciaarriba)sobreelsoportedelasruedasyelsoportedelabasedelcierre.Paseelejeatravésdelsoportedelasruedasydelalengüeta.Vealafigura9.

15. Paselapalancadebloqueodelcierreatravésdelaranuradelalengüetadeenganche,talycomosemuestraenlafigura10.Paseeltornilloconcabezahexagonalesde5/16"x3-3/4"atravésdelalengüeta,delapalancaydedostuercasdebloqueohex.5/16"(unaacadaladodelapalanca).Coloquelatuercadebloqueohex.5/16"enelextremodeltornilloyapriete,demodoqueeltornillotodavíapuedagirarlibremente.Aprietelasdostuercasdebloqueohex.5/16"contralosladosdelapalancadebloqueodelcierre,demodoquelapalancaquedecentradaenlaranura.Vealafigura10.

MANTENIMIENTO1. Con cada cambio de estación, utilice aceite ligero paramáquinasparalubricarelcierre,eltornillodegirodelcierreylazonadelejeenlaquegiralalengüetadeenganche.

2. Engraseolubriqueconaceiteloscojinetesdelasruedasdeformaperiódica.Utiliceaceitedeautomociónparacojinetesde ruedas o aceite 20W.

3. Mantengalosneumáticosinfladosaunapresiónrecomendadade 12-14 psi.

PRECAUCIÓN: PARA EVITAR POSIBLES DAÑOS PERSONALES, ANTES DE SOLTAR EL CIERRE, ASEGÚRESE DE QUE NO HAY NADIE JUNTO AL CARRITO.

5. Para volcar elmaterial del carrito, retire la puerta traseraelevándolaysacándoladelasguías.Suelteelcierredelmuellede la lengüetatirandode lapalancadebloqueodelcierrehaciadelante,alejándoladelcarrito.Labasedelcarritoseinclinaráhaciaatrásparavaciarsucontenido.Unavezvacío,tirede lapartedelanterade labasehacia la lengüetadelcarritohastaqueelcierrequedeenganchadoensuposición.Vuelvaacolocarlapuertatraserasiasílodesea.

6. Lavelocidadderemolquemáximaparaestecarritoesde16,5km/h.

NO SUPERE LA CAPACIDAD DE CARGA DEL CARRITO(Consultelasespecificacionesenestamismapáginaparacadauno de los modelos)30 cm cúbicos de tierra pesa, aprox., 36 kg.

OPERACIÒN

PRECAUCIÓN: LA CAPACIDAD DE FRENADO Y LA ESTABILIDAD DEL VEHÍCULO PUEDEN VERSE AFECTADAS POR LA UTILIZACIÓN DE CUALQUIER TIPO DE ACCESORIO. TENGA EN CUANTA LAS CONDICIONES CAMBIANTES CUANDO TRABAJE EN PENDIENTES.

1. Consulte el manual de usuario del vehículo para ver lasinstruccionessobrefuncionamientoseguroenpendientes.

2. Utilicelaguíadependientesdelapágina17deestemanualpara determinar si el ángulo de la pendiente es demasiado pronunciado para un funcionamiento seguro.

3. Paraconseguirelmejormanejoylamayortracciónposibles,distribuya el peso de la carga de forma uniforme en elcarrito.

4. Asegúresedequesuvehículotractortienelacapacidadderemolque y de frenado adecuada para remolcar una cantidad depesoconsiderableensucarrito.Extremelasprecaucionescuandotrabajeenpendientes.
