Technical Specification
Paint tank :-Stainless steel tank with 150kgs capacity.
-Heavy-duty paint tank gate welded to the tank for smooth drainage
of paint to the screed shoe.
Chassis :-Heavy-duty chassis with good mechanical design for tough operation.
Drive system :-Special designed hydrostatic drive system from Italy.
-Working speed 0-2km/h Driving speed 0-4km/h
-By pass valve for towing operation.
-Two hydraulic motors for the front wheel.
- Able to operate on maximum working time and able to withstand any kind of weather at any site.
Engine :-5hp Honda petrol engine with electric start system.
-Built in alternator for electric recharging.
-12V battery provided.
Screed shoe :-Kataline special designed screed shoe with 100mm and 150mm.
-A choice of single handle or double handle available.
-High pressure burner nozzles attached in respective screed shoe.
Optional extra -Pneumatically activated screed shoes can be provided as optional.
Glass bead :- New generation glass bead dispenser available with standard size.
-Gear driven mechanism with knurling shaft.
-Special attachment for glass bead flow adjustment.
-Factory setting at 250gm per square Meter(Indian Standard)
Optional extra -Spray type glass bead gun. Model PH84 Kamber guns Swiss made with
selected material nozzle and air nozzle.
Gas system :-Precise gas system with safety in mind.
-A complete set of gas system right from high pressure regulator.
needle valves, gauge, hoses and fittings.
Optional extra : -Glass bead spray gun with pneumatic attachment.
-Computer system for computer assisted operation.
-Electrical system such as lighting s, horn, hazard and safety beacon.
