Mobility Networks supplies an extensive range of products for accessibility to buses, coaches, wheelchair accessible vehicles, ambulances, trams and trains. With headquarters in Kent, UK, this organisation provides one source for quality access solutions from across the world. These include wheelchair access lifts, removable seating, specialist floor rail systems and further solutions that ensure disabled passengers can travel safely. Mobility Networks Nordic will provide a complete service for vehicle builders and fleet operators that includes product supply, assistance with installation, servicing and after sales support. With over 15 years of specialist experience, Ricko Hedelund has been appointed as Managing Director for Mobility Networks Nordic ApS. This is now branded as ‘FlexiRail’ and is ideal for flat floor accessible vehicles ranging from mini- buses to coaches. FlexiRail has been crash-tested to full M1 standards and across a wide range of vehicle platforms.” Ricko continues: “In addition to FlexiRail flooring and seating solutions, we will also be introducing vehicle access wheelchair lifts to the Nordic and Baltic regions. Manufactured in the UK by the Mobility Networks’ company, PLS (Passenger Lift Services), these powered platforms are precisely engineered and provide safe access for wheelchair passengers.
