Customer app functionality

View Full account history including charges and statements, saving on printing costs for your organisation. Customers can additionally see who their assigned housing officer is, repairs history and make changes to their details e.g. their contact number.

Payments Link into any of your payment gateways i.e. Allpay or Worldpay.

Interact When used in conjunction with the form module, customer-facing forms can be published for a range of services. On completion, tasks can be automated to trigger workflows, send email notifications or raise cases seamlessly. The same forms can also be published to your web portal and/or customer contact teams, providing a secure and easy way to deliver consistent service.

Staff app functionality

EDRM Search and file all your documents securely and transfer audio, video, documents and images directly to the device. Thumbnails, swipe and pinch to zoom are all standard features.

Forms Create any type of form using simple ‘drag & drop’ technology. Completed forms can be linked to a single or a series of ‘end-points’ that will trigger workflows, raise cases, update data and send email alerts.

Network Shares The Staff app can provide secure access to any network shares that the user can access whilst they are in the office allowing instant and secure access to policy and procedure documents or other useful information whilst working remotely.

Photo and video captureAttach photo, audio and videos to documents whilst out in the field. All captured media is geo-tagged & time stamped so you can see when and where it was taken. You can edit, highlight and annotate for greater clarity.

CRM Rent, repairs, vulnerabilities, service charges, documents, diary notes and contact history about your customers can be accessed remotely. You can take payments and complete service requests safely and securely.

Data Driven Tasks For example if tenants rent balance exceeds a certain level, Agile will send the “task” out to the relevant Housing Officer. Using the Agile appointments plugin, it is now possible to create “tasks” for officers directly from Outlook.
