How c an Mob i le WebDynpro appl i ca t ions qual i fy fo rPow ered by SAP NetWeaver brand ing?
To qualify for Powered by SAP NetWeaver
branding, the mobile application demonstratesa comprehensive integration strategy with theSAP NetWeaver platform.
From a certification perspective this means:
The Web Dynpro UI is an access point to the applications, similar toSAP NetWeaver Enterprise Portal, and the UI is to be represented as abusiness package based on Mobile Web Dynpro (NW-MOB-WD)
The Web Dynpro J2EE components are deployed on the SAP NW WebAS
Additionally all server components (beyond and above the Web DynproJ2EE components) of the application are also deployed on SAP WAS
(J2EE-DEP)
A combination of the two criteria (NW-MOB-WD and J2EE DEP) will mean“Powered by SAP NetWeaver” branding, while NW-MOB-WD standalone willqualify for “Certified for SAP NetWeaver” branding
