The Provision of Mobile Event Screens

Our Mobile Event Screens allow you to place your audience into the heart of your event. With a wide variety available we enable you to display live, interactive and pre-produced content at an event and thus reach hundreds of thousands of people. Whether it be at: Major Events, Events, Galas, Festivals, Exhibitions or Private Functions, we can provide the complete audio, visual and promotional solution.

All our screens have onboard power and sound systems. Additional services can also be provided as our aim is to offer you a “one stop shop solution”.

Our professional Event Screen Technicians are fully trained on all our equipment, risk assessments, safety documentation and public liability insurance etc is provided.

Going The Extra Mile

Your Event Account Manager can support you making recommendations, provide solutions on how to get the most out of your event and work with you from start to finish. This will help you to enhance your event each year taking advantage of the latest products and services.

Mixing desks allow different camera shots or digital content to be displayed to multiple screens to convey atmosphere and information, ensuring your message generates maximum impact, at any live event.

We have an in-house creative team, should you wish to have sponsors logo’s or advertising messages, in between live coverage of your event.

Banners, Flags and other props are also available, please ask for a quote.

Endless Possibilities

All our mobile event screens have an impressive set up time of 15 minutes and a 360° degrees rotating mast for flexible viewing solutions.

Mobile Media can provide you with everything you want whether it be an event taking live video feeds from a stage, an exhibition wishing to screen messages, a marathon wanting to promote its sponsors using a live Twitter feed to build rapport with your viewers or Council wishing to provide an outdoor cinema for the general public, at a relatively low cost.

BANK OF SCOTLAND CASE STUDYBank of Scotland needed a live way to interact and

communicate with the supporters and runners at the Great

Scottish Run in Glasgow. We provided a 100sqm Event Screen

which was branded BOS livery. Supporters were encouraged

to submit words of support and their messages were then

uploaded in real time to the Event Screen. Both the messages

and Event Screen gave valuable recall and positive association

to the BOS brand.

There were 25,000 runners passing the 100sqm Event Screen

on the day of the run plus tens of thousands of supporters in

Glasgow and live coverage of the event on the BBC giving

fantastic brand awareness overall for BOS.

BOS booked the Event Screen for the day and we also

branded three sides of the installation vehicle in BOS livery.

For the day the 100sqm Event Screen operation including

branding cost approximately £10k. Smaller Digivans and

Advans are also available for these types of events and

pricing can start at £1,250 gross per Digivan per day.

Modular Event Screens

Mobile Media have a comprising of the latest LED panels, these panels can be built to form mostly any size of screen whether your needs are for a 4:3 or a 16:9 format.

The versatility of this screen is amazing, with outdoor being an actual 6mm pixel pitch and indoor 4mm pitch. These screens are capable of showing full HD video in brilliant and vivid colours.

Screens can be either flown (eg. suspended from the stage) or built from the floor on their own unique ground support system.

Branding, wrapping, trims and relevant software can also be provided.

Grounded and Flown Modular Screens

Flown LED screens are most commonly seen at concerts, flanking either side of the stage and being ‘flown' from the PA wings.

Virtuality's aluminium subframe and storage system allows for quick and easy assembly and a lightweight structure. The frame also allows for easy access to panel components for stress-free and safe maintenance on the job.

Modular Screens – Case Study

The biggest public viewing in Denmark turned into the best quality

public viewing worldwide with a true 720P HD LED screen.

A 10x8 panel modular screen provided 1280 * 768 pixels of viewing pleasure

on only 40m2 of screen showing the broadcasted signal.

For all spectators who couldn’t get around these stunning figures, we

provided 4 additional 16:9 side screens of 6.4m2 each showing individual

pictures from cameras in the stadium independent from the main signal.

Advert and Sponsorship Production

Also available are advert production services, which enable you and yourexternal advertisers or sponsors, to have their advert created by an outdoormarketing professional and to sell advertising space during your event intervals.

It allows you to create a short, unique, eye catching advert to use on the screen during an event. We can create animated characters, include sound, augmented reality and even 3D.
