When partial pump flow is used for individual functions

At high intensity usage To create simple system solutions when a number

of functions with different flow rates is demanded When system layout is spread out At simultanious operation of functions Power control and energy conservation Reduce energy losses at idling and transportation

Avoid to mix light and heavy loads from the same pump. Avoid to mix large and small flow demands from the same fixed

pump. Never control max flow with line mounted restrictors. Always use the pump regulator to set maximum work pressure

when you are using a variable pump. The pressure limiter of the valve needs to be set at least 30 bars above.

Avoid to limit valve work port pressure with the chock valves, use the build in individual work port feed reducer.

Make sure that the cylinders are correctly connected to the valve, the valve is normally adapted to the cylinder ratio.

Save energy, design advises
