All Mobile (Operational Guidelines) Mobile Banking Application of Allahabad Bank (All Mobile): All Mobile is any where, all time companion of yours for your all basic banking needs. The service of All Mobile will be available on 24 X7 X 365 basis. It is the most convenient, simple & easy way for doing your Banking operation. It is a Safe and Secure mode of Banking with confirmation for all debit and credit transactions. You will be able to connect multiple account with single mobile number, transfer fund within the Bank or any other banks customers through NEFT or IMPS . All Mobile services can be accessed on any Java enabled Mobile handset through the Application. Registration Process : 1. Go to any Branch of Allahabad Bank with your mobile phone. 2. Fill in the application form and submit to branch. 3. Branch official will upload all the details in to the system. 4. On successful processing of records, you will receive an SMS confirming successful registration as a customer for Mobile Banking Application. 5. In another SMS the URL to download the Mobile Banking Application will be sent. It will be like https://www.allmobile.allahabadbank.in/MPAYPORTAL/ .... At the end of the message, it will contain APPLICATION PASSWORD, MPIN and TPIN. 6. Mobile Banking Application of Allahabad Bank (All Mobile): All Mobile is any where, all

time companion of yours for your all basic banking needs. The service of All Mobile will be

available on 24 X7 X 365 basis. It is the most convenient, simple & easy way for doing your

Banking operation. It is a Safe and Secure mode of Banking with confirmation for all debit and

credit transactions. You will be able to connect multiple account with single mobile number,

transfer fund within the Bank or any other banks customers through NEFT or IMPS . All Mobile

services can be accessed on any Java enabled Mobile handset through the Application.

Registration Process :

1. Go to any Branch of Allahabad Bank with your mobile phone.

2. Fill in the application form and submit to branch.

3. Branch official will upload all the details in to the system.

4. On successful processing of records, you will receive an SMS confirming successful

registration as a customer for Mobile Banking Application.

5. In another SMS the URL to download the Mobile Banking Application will be sent. It

will be like https://www.allmobile.allahabadbank.in/MPAYPORTAL/.... At the end of the

message, it will contain APPLICATION PASSWORD, MPIN and TPIN.

6. If your Mobile connection is GPRS enabled (Internet access is possible through the

handset), application can be directly downloaded and installed by using the URL and

providing PASSWORD, MPIN and TPIN as prompted by the application. In the very

beginning system will prompt you to select “GSM” or “CDMA” mode. Choose the option

as per your connectivity mode. During installation process you can select communication

mode as “SMS” or “GPRS”. If your connection is not enabled for GPRS, kindly opt for

“SMS” mode. For first time installation select “NEW user” while prompted for. After

successful installation an “All Mobile” iCon will be displayed in your mobile.

7. For non-GPRS mobile handset, the application can be downloaded from Internet using

the URL http://210.212.191.120/MPAYPORTAL/ through any computer system. In such

case, your Mobile Number will be User id & MPIN received in the SMS will be

password for downloading the application. After downloading successfully, you may

transfer the application to your mobile phone through blue tooth or other compatible

media. After transferring the application to your Mobile Handset the application must be

deleted from the computer system. All Mobile application can be installed in your mobile

by clicking the application ALL Mobile which will be displayed with Bank’s LOGO

8. Your Mobile Handset should have minimum 170 KB free memory space for installing the

application.

9. Your Password, mPIN and tPIN is vital. System will ask to change them while installing

the application. Remember your mPIN, tPIN & Password and do not disclose and share

with anybody.

Service Guide:

Go to the All-Mobile application installed in your mobile and open the same. Enter your application password and follow the steps as mentioned below:

Balance Enquiry :

Select Account details - > Balance enquiry

Enter 4 digit mPIN.

Get balance of account on screen.

Balance details will be stored in Inward Messages Box.

Mini Statement:

Select Account details - > Mini Statement

Enter 4 digit mPIN.

Last 9 transactions of your account shall be displayed on screen.

Mini statement will be stored in Inward Messages Box.

Funds Transfer : Within the Bank

You have to register a beneficiary in the system to transfer funds.

Beneficiary Registration

Select Funds Transfer - > Within Bank- > Beneficiary Registration

Select Mobile to Mobile or Mobile to Account (as applicable) and press OK

Enter mPIN and press OK. Enter Beneficiary Details

Mobile number and nick name in case of Mobile to Mobile. Account number and Nick name in case of Mobile to Account

& press OK.

Transfer Fund

Select Funds Transfer - > Within Bank - > Transfer Fund

Select Mobile to Mobile or Mobile to Account (as applicable) and press OK Enter mPIN and Select beneficiary. Enter Amount and tPIN & press OK. Funds will be transferred instantly and message will be received in your Inward Message Box.

* OK and Back may be available under MENU option of your mobile depending upon handset type.

Funds Transfer: Other Banks (NEFT)

Beneficiary Registration

Select Funds Transfer - > Other Bank- >NEFT - > Beneficiary Registration

Enter mPIN and press OK. Enter Beneficiary Details (Nick name IFSC Code) and

press OK. Complete the details to complete registration

Transfer Fund Select Fund Transfer - > Other Bank - >NEFT - > Send Money

Enter your mPIN and Select beneficiary. Enter Amount and tPIN & press OK. NEFT Transaction. Reference number will be displayed.

Please keep this number for further reference. Funds will be transferred as per NEFT batches.

**Fund Transfer: Other Banks (IMPS) Facility will be provided shortly

Customer has to register for IMPS to use this facility in Mobile Banking System. Mobile Money Identification Number (MMID) will be allotted by the system while registering for IMPS.

Registration

for IMPS

Select Funds Transfer - > Other Bank- > IMPS - > Register for IMPS

Enter MPIN and press OK. 7 digit MMID will be generated and displayed.

Know your MMID Select Funds Transfer - > Other Bank- > IMPS - > Know your MMID

Your MMID will be displayed which is already generated

Quick IMPS Select Funds Transfer - > Other Bank- > IMPS - >Quick IMPS

Enter your mPIN Enter beneficiary Mobile Number & MMID Enter Amount to be transferred Enter tPIN and press OK Your Fund will be transferred instantly. Confirmation

message will be coming to Inward Message Box.General IMPS(Registration)

Select Funds Transfer - > Other Bank- > IMPS >General IMPS-> Beneficiary Registration

Enter mPIN and press OK. Enter Beneficiary Details (Nick name, MMID and Mobile

Number) and press OK. Enter details to complete registration

General IMPS(Fund Transfer)

Select Funds Transfer -> Other Bank-> IMPS -> General IMPS ->Funds Transfer

Enter your mPIN and Select beneficiary. Enter Amount and tPIN & press OK.

Your Fund will be transferred instantly. Confirmation message will be coming to Inward Message Box.

Cheque Services

Stop Cheque Select - Cheque Services->Stop Cheque

Enter mPIN and press OK. Enter Cheque Number Confirmation message will be displayed.

Revoke Cheque Select - Cheque Services->Revoke Cheque

Enter your mPIN Enter Cheque Number to be revoked Confirmation message will be displayed

Cheque Status Enquiry

Select - Cheque Services-> Cheque Status Enquiry

Enter your mPIN Enter Cheque Number for status enquiry Status will be displayed in the screen.

Changing Password and PINs:

Customer will be able to change the Password, mPIN and tPIN from the Pin Change Menu option. Customers should change their Password, mPIN and tPIN on regular interval and remember the same. These numeric passwords should not be disclosed to or shared with any one.

ATM Locator:

Select Other services - > ATM Locator

Select PIN Code or Location

Enter the mPIN and select OK.

List of ATM located in the location will be displayed .

Select ATM and click on OK to display full address of the ATM.

Branch Locator:

Select Other services - > Branch Locator

Select Pin code or Location

Enter the MPIN and select Ok.

List of Branches will be displayed .

Select Branch and click on Ok to display full address of the Branch.

System Setting:

1.Account Setup: You can select the specific account for Mobile Banking operation from this menu. You will be able to connect your five(5) accounts for your MB application. One account has to be identified as a primary account during registration process. For any operation you have to select the account from this menu. All incoming funds will be credited to your primary account.

a. Select Transaction account : You can select the specific account for MB operation.

b. Enable/Disable Transaction: Specific account can be enabled or disabled for MB operation.

2. Communication mode : You will be able to select the communication mode through which your application will access the Mobile banking setup of the Bank. Two options are available:

a. GPRS :The system will be accessed though INTERNET if you select this mode.

b. SMS : System will send and receive SMS for each and every transaction request if this option is selected

3. Virtual Mobile Number: Administrator of Mobile Banking System may request customers for changing the Virtual Mobile Number in their Hand Set through SMS. Customer has to do the necessary changes through this option.

4. GPRS URL: This is the GPRS URL through which customer will be able to download the application from Internet.

5. Configure e-Mail : Customer can configure their e-mail in the Hand set through this option. System generated e-mails will be delivered to this e-mail id.

6. Save application in Memory: The Mobile Banking Application will be saved in the mobile handset memory through this option.

7. De-Registration: Customer will be able to de-register himself from Mobile Banking application if he wants not to avail the facility any more.
