J Trust Bank offers a mobile banking platform to have an easier way to do bankingtransaction. Internet banking allows its users to have almost unlimited access to bankaccount anytime and anywhere from smartphone/tablet.

• Savings account and Current account in J Trust Bank• ATM/Debit card in J Trust Bank• Valid updated email address that has been registered in JTrust Bank• Valid mobile phone number that has been registered in JTrust Bank• Smartphone/tablet• Internet access
REGISTRATION
1. Online Registration
1. Access www.jtrustnet.com, click Online Registration (for Retail Internet Banking)
2. Insert debit card’s details
3. Set PasswordPassword should be 8 – 20 characters long, consist of one letter (lower case only) and one numeric
4. Registration Done
Please make sure to use a valid email address and phone number as registered on J Trust Bank account, otherwise please update them to the nearest branch.
5. Received user ID by email and SMS
6. Login to internet banking using J TRUST MOBILE app (available in Google play and Apple Store)

J TRUST MOBILE registration could be done online or by visiting the nearest branch.
Caution: mistakenly input password for 3 times would deactivate user ID

2. Received user ID and password by email and SMS
3. Login to internet banking using J TRUST MOBILE app (available in Google play and Apple Store)
Please bring J Trust Bank ATM/Debit card and/or bankbook when visiting. Also, please be prepared to spend some times when the branch is heavily occupied.
Caution: mistakenly input password for 3 times would deactivate user ID

b. PasswordPassword is used when logging in to JTrust Mobile app. To protect from Shoulder Surfing/ Information thievery, JTRUST MOBILE has been protecting using Display asterisk (*) character
c. One Time Password (OTP)OTP is used as an authorization code for each transaction. OTP would be sent to users by SMS before executingevery transaction.
RISK MITIGATIONIn order to mitigate financial transaction’s risks in the internet banking, J TRUST MOBILE is equipped with two factors authentication.Please refrain from giving away account information including User ID, password and PIN to anyone for security reasons.

J TRUST MOBILE apps is the mobile version of internet banking that can be accessed using internet service in both
domestic area or overseas, therefore Customers still can using J TRUST MOBILE abroad.
Please note that financial transaction using J TRUST MOBILE works only with the registered phone number.
Is it possible to use J TRUST MOBILE using foreign SIM Card ?
Currently J TRUST MOBILE is only compatible with SIM Card from Indonesia
