FAQs:-Q: What if you are unable to view the attachment or get file not supported error?A: Install Microsoft office / Polaris Office / King office which is freely available on

playstore.

Q: What if you want to enroll two children on same application after installation?A: Go to Mobile Settings->Application Manager-> Select “EduSprint”-> select Clear

data & then you need to go to EduSprint login and enter two student’s validation code separated by comma.

Q: How we will get informed regarding New version of EduSprint?A: New update of the EduSprint application will be notified by playstore itself.

Q: On which platform does the application is available?A: Currently it is available for Android & iPhone (windows platform will be available

shortly)
