Long lubrication intervalsThe high-speed FAG FE9 Bearing Test measures the structural stability of grease. At 120°C, both Mobil SHC Grease 102 WT and Mobil SHC Grease 460 WT lubricants exceed the test limit of 100 hours — equating to long lubrication intervals and optimal equipment protection. Long lubrication intervals can help lower maintenance costs and downtime, while maximizing turbine availability and production.

SafetyLong regreasing intervals, as well as optimum wear protection, especially in low temperatures, can help minimize maintenance and the risks associated with employee-equipment interaction.

Environmental Care* Long lubricant life can help minimize the need for used product and packaging disposal, and long regreasing intervals can help control the risk of spills.

ProductivityExceptional performance at low temperatures can help enhance turbine availability and production in extremely cold conditions.

Equipment protectionMobil SHC Grease 102 WT lubricant demonstrates excellent shear stability in key tests of a grease’s ability to withstand mechanical stress — ASTM D217 prolonged work test and the ASTM D1831 roll stability test. This capability provides long-lasting bearing protection and long lubrication intervals.
