Brown-Forman Asset Audit. We need to visit various venues across Australia and check that they still haveBrown-Forman assets in their possession and to understand what condition they are in. There are many differentassets that Brown-Forman have in the market. Please refer to the attached brief which will give you an overview

of each of the assets. Also included is a report which will let you know which asset they are carrying at thatvenue.

When you enter the number of Brown Forman assets, please count the fridges separately to the SlushieMachines. The count of Brown Forman assets you enter will determine the number of questions you will need to

answer.

You only need to complete the comments and photo questions for the relevant asset in question. If there is noasset, you do not need to take a photo or enter a comment.

Objective Call on the venue. Utilise the script attached to the brief. Refer to the asset list provided and check the serial numbers,condition, branding and distribution of BF products in the asset. Please complete the question set attached.

Steps to the call

1 Sign In

2 Introduce yourself to the store manager or venue manager. Let them know that you are here to perform acondition check of the Brown-Forman assets. Utilise the attached script.

3 Refer to the attached asset list to identify what you are looking for in that particular venue.

4 Find the asset and run through the question set for the asset.

5 Ensure you take clear photos of serial numbers and assets.

6 Sign Out

Introduction

Script:Hello, my name is (your name) and I’m here on behalf of Brown Forman to check the working order of your Brown Forman assets and to make sure we have the correct Serial & Asset Number recorded.

Do you mind if I locate the BF assets (refer to the type of asset they have listed on the register) and take a few photos of the information I need, it will only take 10 to 15 minutes & I will be on my way.

IMPORTANT – MUST READ:The numbers and photos you take of these assets are really crucial to the success of our project, please ensure clear and readable photos are taken & the right information is recorded.

*When you enter the number of assets a venue has, exclude Slushie machines from that count. There is a separate question asked in regards to the number of Slushie machines a venue may have.

Included in the brief is the asset register from Brown-Forman which will help you to understand which assets you are looking for.

Steps to the call

• Introduce yourself to the manager.

• Walk venue and determine how many Brown-Forman Assets.

• Report how many assets (not including Slushie Machine)– Eg. Bar area – 2 assets, Bottle Shop / Drive Thru – 3 assets.– Additional questions will drop down based on your count.

• You need to collect specific details of each assets:– Record type of asset.– Record serial number.– Take photo of serial number.– Record BF asset number.– Take photo of asset number.– Take photo of asset so that we can see all the asset.– Record % of BF products in the asset.– Record if the asset has an LCD screen and if in perfect working order.– Record the condition of the asset.– Record if all of the Jack Daniels products ranged in that store are available from non BF fridges.– Repeat for each asset.– Record how many slushie machines there are, what flavours in each bowl and condition of the machine.– Important to be clear if the slushie machine needs new POS or bulbs as the information will be passed on to BF to

follow up.– Record any other comments you may have about the visit.

Serial number & Asset number image

A bank of fridges may not be branded with Jack Daniel’s or may be branded with the store logo, eg Cellarbrations Wine / RTD / Beer Fridge.You may need to check all of the fridges until you find the correct fridge.

Check all the fridges in the top right hand corner, INSIDE the fridge, this is where you will locate the Serial Number & BF Asset number.
