Getting Started: • Go to MNsure.org • Select Individual
or Small Group market
• Find a plan or create account to start enrollment process
Create an Account: • Provide and

• Create user name, password, security questions, etc. to complete account set up
Find a Plan: • Enter zip code
and ID person(s) looking for coverage
• Choose medical plans, dental plans or both
• Select plan details and filter through options
