Those who have passed Graduation in 2017 are eligible to undergo apprenticeship training only if they join within 3 years of acquiring the Degree (i.e. 3 years from the month and year of passing as specified in the Degree certificate) and if this time limit is crossed at the time of offer, they will not be offered the training position, even if they are empanelled/ waitlisted.

Courses recognized by Universities from Southern region (Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Pondicherry) will be given priority since these States/ UTs come under Southern Region of BOAT. Candidates from other Universities will be considered only in case there is shortage of candidates in the respective disciplines.

The trainees will have no claim, whatsoever, for employment in Vikram Sarabhai Space Centre or any other Centres I Units of Indian Space Research Organisation/ Department of Space after completion of the training period. No accommodation will be provided by the Centre for Apprentices during the training period.

How to Apply: Interested candidates may visit the VSSC pavilion at the aforesaid venue on

22.12.2019 along with ORIGINALS and self-attested copies of Degree Certificate and

Consolidated Marklist, proof of date of birth (SSLC/SSC/AISSE/ICSE), caste/community

certificate (if belongs to SC/ST), Non-Creamy layer certificate (if belongs to OBC), Income &

Asset Certificate (if belongs to EWS), Disability certificate (if PWBD candidate), Experience

Certificate (if any) and one passport size photograph. The candidates have to submit duly filled­

in applications (which will be provided at the venue) on the spot, along with self-attested copies

of all certificates/ testimonials.

Selection process: The consolidated applications will be screened subsequently and selection

panels will be drawn based on the academic scores of the candidates at Degree level giving due weightage to reservation categories. The induction of apprentices against the vacant training

positions will be made strictly based on their position in the panel. ,
