The 6 structures (number 119, 156, 157, 164, 165, 177) not confirmed by MS/MS are not shown. Glycan schemes were derived from GlycoWorkbench. Annotation was based on the presence of structural feature ions and common knowledge of known glycan synthetic pathways. Additional structural isomers cannot be excluded. Structural schemes not intended to show specific linkages (linkages not shown by linkage angles). Where ambiguity is indicated in parent structure, for example in the assignment of fucose, depiction of specific linkages and isomers are not intended for corresponding glycan fragments.
