Content: The content on Marjaree Mason Center’s website is current, valuable, and complete. The website does a great job at keeping the content up-to-date. The latest conversation on MMC’s
twitter is accessible and easy to see. A neat feature that could improve the website is also including updates of the current conversation on Facebook, even great comments by those who
follow MMC on social media.
The hotline crisis number is found at the top and bottom of every page that is navigated on MMC’s website. This is an amazing feature because regardless of what the person is trying to convey from the website, the most important message by MMC is there. Navigation:
The navigation on MMC’s website is simple and quick which makes every button easy to use. The best feature is the escape button! It is amazingly executed, with a simple click a life could
be saved. After clicking it myself, I found that no trace of MMC was left on my laptop’s history.
A feature that could help improve the users who visit the MMC website would be a “Search” bar. This feature will be extremely useful for those who are on the website looking for specific

information. Rather than having to look through every single icon and on the website they can
simply type keywords that reference what they are looking for.
Usefulness: The information found on the website is easy to understand and useful. It is to find MMC’s
message and how to become a partner. It is very clear and easy to donate and find ways to help for those who cant help with monetary donations.
If necessary, I find those in need of information and possible donors are likely to came back and re-visit the website due to its accessible a quick features.
