1.0 SCOPE
This report covers the illumination calculation for lighting system which shall be installed inZOC.
This report sets out the minimum principle calculation for design. The final detailed calculationreport shall be confirmed by selected Vendor according to technical parameter of hisproduction.

Maximum ambient temperature : 45 C
Minimum ambient temperature : 18 C

5.0 LIGHTING SYSTEM
5.1 Lighting system configuration
Normal lighting system shall be provided in the following area:
Internal building
Shelter for process facilities
Perimeter
Street
Normal lighting system shall feed from the gas generator. At the same time,emergency lighting shall be envisaged and feed from the diesel generator.
5.2 Illumination levels
The normal illumination levels requested in specification No. MM-ZTK-1A-ONEP-ELE-SPE-5011 are the following:

Emergency average exit path illumination to be 10 lux with minimum 1 lux at any point.And illumination level of emergency lighting shall be maintained along egress paths tomuster point and plant gate for safely evacuation.
5.3 Type of lamp and luminaire
Lamps suitable for operating condition shall be reduced in sizing according to theirpower. They are resistant to voltage and temperature change. Power factor of lampshall be equal to 0.9.
The type of lamp shall be indicated in the table.

Notes :
1) For outdoor lighting, the explosion-proof fitting shall be selected in the hazardousarea. In the non-hazardous area , the IP56 industry fitting shall be foreseen.
2) Fluorescent fitting with IP44 shall be used in the high humidity area (e.g. outdoorwalkway, toilet, kitchen.)
6.0 ASSUMPTION OF CALCULATION
6.1 Software to Be Used
- DIALUX version 4.9 is used for illumination calculation in internal building.
- LUXICON version 2.5 is used for illumination calculation in outdoor area andshelter.
6.2 Calculation Method
6.2.1 General
Compute program shall be used for illumination level calculation. The basictechnical parameter shall be chosen from database of the Philips or CopperCrouse-hinds.
It determines the illumination level in the calculation area with the lamp andluminaries selected previously. The illumination levels in the grids points arethe result of every luminary contribution.
Lumen method is utilized for indoor lighting calculation and pointby-pointmethod is utilized for outdoor lighting calculation.

6.2.3 Formula used for outdoor lighting calculation:

=Angle from the downward vertical
h= Flood lighting mounted height
K= lighting loss factor

6.4 Characteristics of Construction
Calculation grids dimension shall be defined in accordance with the building and
shelter of plant. The detailed characteristic of building and shelter is indicated in the
architectural plan drawing indicated in para. 2.0.
The following lighting fitting in the internal building shall be selected:
- Philips TBS869 3xTL5-14W/840 HFP114 D8H
- Philips TBS869 4xTL5-14W/840 HFP114 D8H
- Philips FBS271 1xPL-T/4P32W HFP M- Philips FBS271 1xPL-T/4P18W HFP M
- Philips 4 IS120 2XTL-D36W HFPAC
- Philips XWC120 1xSOX-E18W
- Philips FWG251 2xPL-T/4P26W HF
The following lighting fitting in the shelter shall be selected for process facilities:
- VMV 70W/100W/150W MHT
- ELLK 92036_36 2x36W
- Philips 4 IS120 2XTL-D36W HFP AC
The following lighting fitting shall be selected for the outdoor lighting:
- 12-meter high pole with lighting fitting 2xFDL 250WHPS lamp for fence lighting
- 8-meter high pole with lighting fitting 1xVMV 150W or 1XOVY 150W HPS lamp for
street lighting
7.0 CONCLUSION
The normal target illuminance is defined in para.5.2. In general, 20% of lighting fittings in the
room shall be served as emergency lighting. But the only one lighting fitting in the room exceptstaff dormitory shall be served as emergency lighting.
The final calculate value in the building via computer software Dialux utilizing the lumenmethod shall be listed as follows:

The 12-meter high pole with lighting fitting 2xFDL 250W HPSlamp shall be installed adjacentto the fence . Maximum distance between pole is not greater than 45m.

Fugato performance in a new light
The Fugato range of fixed downlights for general lighting consists of FugatoCompact (cut-out 175 mm), Fugato Performance (cut-out 225 mm), FugatoPower (cut-out 275 mm) and Fugato Full Metal (both 175 and 225 mm),which have all been designed for optimum performance both optical and
thermal with compact fluorescent lamps.
Optical variation is provided by Fugatosdual optic concept. The top
optic is made of high-gloss aluminum. The lower polymer optic can beordered in a high-gloss, matt-satin or white finish. The high-gloss (C) versioncomplies with the UGRr19 norm (in accordance with EN12464-1, Lm < 1000cd/m2 at > 65o) when used with the innovative round louver. A wide rangeof accessories is available for the CFL versions of both Fugato and FugatoFull Metal.
