2. Print Indicator - Before Posting

Select Print Version: 3 Collective SlipSet Print Indicator

1.3. Description

While posting a Goods Issue transaction Make sure that the correct Print Indicator and Print Versions areset.

The settings should be available as default in your profile settings. However if these settings are not bydefault then inform your system administrator immediately.

However, you can select this indicator manually as shown in this step.

3. Setting Print Indicator - After Posting


Enter "migo" then press Enter.


1.6. Description

Incase you forgot to set the print indicator during transaction posting, you can still set it in the materialdocument display view.

For that call in the document in display mode.

9. Processing Output using transaction MB90


Execute transaction MB90 - Process Output


1.24. Description

Inorder to process the output, to generate printouts there is a special transaction code namely: MB90.

You can access this transaction via following path:

Logistics --> Materials Management --> Inventory Management --> Material Document --> MB90 -Process Output(double click on transaction name)

Alternatively, you can type in the t-code: MB90 in the command filed.

Take drop down of Output types


1.27. Description

Output type differentiates between the type of goods movement document such as, goods receipt, goodsissues & goods transfers etc. In PTCL, following message types are configured:

1- ZWE3 For Goods Receipt Note2- ZWA3 For Goods Issuance Voucher3- ZWA6 For Goods Transfer Notes

You can find the complete list of outputs by taking drop down or pressing F4.

You do not need to maintain anyother fields as they will be set automatically by the system.

Click on Execute button or Press F8 to continue.

Caution: By default, system automatically selects the last posted document in the Material Documentfield. It may not be the document that you wish to print. So inorder to get the list of all posted documentsof a specific type which are required to be printed, you should leave this filed blank. Otherwise, system willonly show you this document or may not show you anything.
