Message from General Manager How time flies! The sound of sleigh bells are ringing. It’s Christmas

again. In 2010, we’ve met a lot of challenges and finally gone

through with the difficulties. Today, the MMC Team’s structure may

not prefect, but I think it’s the best team to bring our company toward

another level. At last, the key of success may include not only IQ, but the need

of a high EQ as well.

Wish you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

EDITOR’S NOTE

December’s back, Christmas is around the corner, and we have to get ready to say

goodbye to 2010 and welcome 2011. Here’s the question, are you ready for 2011?

Maybe it’s time for looking back to the past, and think about the change we need to

make. In a training session, Mr. Eddie told us about the story of the eagle. For eagles

to live up to 70 years old, their have to go through a painful process of change or else

they die in their 40’s. Change is hard and transformation is painful, but we need to go

through the difficulties to become a complete person in life.

For forthcoming plans, MMM is moving towards to ISO Certification, Account Dept

is planning for ―Green‖ Accounting, R&D is looking better way to develop the

products, Sales Team is continuing to achieve its target. We are confident this will

help the company’s growth and bring more benefits to all staff.

In this festive season, we find you the most stylish Christmas gifts’ ideas and message

from some of our staff (New Year’s Resolution). Lastly, I would like to wish all of you

happy holidays, I hope you all have a wonderful festive season with your friends and

family!

Words share by Rico Puah (BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER)

MASTER MATERIALS IS WORKING TOWARDS TO DEVELOP ―GREEN”

CONCEPT

With the growing green consumer

awareness, companies are more than ever

expected to align its business strategies

with environmental initiatives. In the 21st

century, businesses are formed to deliver

services or produce products not only to

earn a profit but goes beyond the bottom

line of black or red – – to ―green‖, too.

Environmentally conscious companies

have already discovered that they can

generate business strategies to help them

reduce their carbon footprint, minimize

their environmental impact, make the best

use of natural resources, become more

energy efficient, reduce costs, and exhibit

social responsibility – all at the same time.

Green accounting help to identify and

track green costs often times working with

site, research and development, and

production managers when planning their

budgets. In the past, such costs were

buried in overhead preventing a clear

picture of the cost savings and benefits to

the product, process, system or facility

responsible for the green initiatives.

Green accounting also help management

recognize that the tax benefits, rebates and

lower costs of being environmentally

friendly add up to a real bottom-line

reward for doing the right thing.

TALKABOUT

Walk the Talk Shared By Eddie Woo, Project Manager

W o r d s …………………… . . . G o o d

Words…………………..… Impor t an t

Words………But they’re nothing more

than words...unless we actually LIVE BY

THEM!

Our greatest human challenge? To behave

according to our beliefs. To do the right

thing. To ―practice what we preach.‖

To...WALK the TALK! What does it

takes?

COMMITMENT… Fight the temptations

to compromise your values and beliefs.--

It will make you stronger.

HONESTY… Build a reputation as some-

one who tells the truth. -- It will serve you

well. Hold yourself to high standards and

continually evaluate the image you see in

the mirror. -- It will build your character.

RESPECT… Treat others with dignity

and make sure your behaviors are respect-

ful.-- It will make you a person of quality.

COURAGE… Follow your conscience

instead of ―following the crowd.‖-- It will

make you heroic and

INTEGRITY… Choose rightness over

ease and convenience. -- It will give you

pride..and peace.

"I think we all have a little voice inside us

that will guide us...if we shut out all the

noise and clutter from our lives and listen

to that voice, it will tell us the right thing

to do". Believe that walking the talk mat-

ters...because it DOES! Believe that you

can make a difference...because you CAN!

You have a choice...Start each new day

with a commitment to do what's right.

Remember.. With every sunrise comes

new opportunities. Today you have a clean

slate upon which to record your life... and

your legacy. Seek the courage to do the

right thing. Decide that this will be a day

in which you...WALK the TALK

Respect Courage Ethics Integrity
