New DevelopmentsEnvironmental Certifications Displayed to the Public and Included as a Default Search Option for REALTORS®
With more requests for environmentally certified homes, we are now displaying all environmental certifications to the public on the website and via client reports.
The field is included in the default search options for agents who have clients looking for certified homes.
Quick Tips: Listings on State Borders
Have you ever had your listing appear in the wrong state?
We use federal USPS zip codes and borders which may not always place the listings in the correct state.
If this happens to you, please do the following:
1. List the corresponding state in the public remarks to clarify the listing location.
2. Contact Tech Support here at the MLS (801-676-5400) and we will adjust the address in our system.
Tech Tip: Troubleshooting Client Connections
If your client isn’t receiving Auto Hotsheets, they may not have a connection with you.
You can check your connections by clicking Clients > Address Book to confirm that your client’s status is listed as “Profile” rather than “Pending.” If still pending, your client will need to accept your invitation to receive Auto Hotsheets.
If your client isn’t receiving the invitation via email, have them check their junk mail folder, or have them add your email address as a Safe Sender.
