Hotel Valencia Dining Room Renderings
Finishes and Materials
Hotel In Valencia Spain:The task of this project was to research the town of Valencia,Spain and create a fine dining area, lobby, and bar area forthe first floor of a hotel. I wanted to contrast bold colors withnatural tones to make the first floor just as lively and exoticas the city itself. I want the guests to feel like they areexperiencing all the best parts of Spain, even from their hotellobby or while they relax in the dining and bar areas. Amongthe first floor is also a women’s retail shop that is availablefrom the street.

Office Design: 22SquaredTo begin this project, we had to research and pick anadvertising agency and design a new office building forthem. I picked 22squared. My concept for the office was amartini because I wanted to incorporate bright and vibrantcolors found in the drinks and play off the textures found inthe glass.

Our concept had to be a children’s book. I choose the book I Ain’t Gonna Paint No More by Karen Beaumont because it was filled with vibrant colors and patterns that I wanted to incorporate in my floor plan and furniture choices.

This was a home school project wherewe had to incorporate all zonesneeded in a classroom setting. All ofthese are hand renderings andsketches.
One zone was storage. I really wanted that to be away from the children and only accessibleto the teacher. There is space for the students backpacks. This is a sketch of what I wanted itto look like.
For the history zone, I wanted a large corkboard with different textiles cut in the shape ofdifferent continents. Throughout the year, whenever a topic is discussed, political figures profileand facts will be placed around that country.

Residential Kitchen Design
This project we had to hand render a kitchen design. My concept was a daisy and I wanted to make this kitchen rustic, and everythingcome off from the center just like a center of flower. I wanted to use subdued colors like light blue, white, and contrast them with darkhardwood floors.
