Shades to recover colour is always with warm shades (gold, intense gold, copper, red/copper or red) The shade you need to choose needs to be one or two levels lighter than the desired result.

Mixing ratio will be: 1:2 for sensitive hair 1.3 for very sensitive hair (bleached) Yellow peroxide 10 vol. Apply carefully the mixture only on the areas that need to go darker. Processing time 10-15 minutes. Rinse thoroughly and dry. Apply the desired colour mixture on roots, lengths and ends.
