NOTES:

1. This design chart assumes industry standard aggregate and sand bulk densities and is for reference only.

2. See Mixer Calibration section of the manual in order to calibrate the machine for your exact materials.

3. Cement auger rotates 1.5 revolutions for every 1 revolution of conveyor belt and click of the counter.

4. Cement auger dispenses 4lbs powder per revolution of the screw.

5. Cement screw turns 1.5 times for every click of the counter.

6. 6 lbs of powder is produced per click of the counter.

7. 1:2 gear ratio for lower sack mix designs requires the FLOW FILL upgrade package. Call Factory for details.

8. 2:1 gear ratio for higher sack mix designs requires the HIGH CEMENT CONTENT upgrade package. Call Factory for details.
