Independence Markers Mormon Walking Trail

This project is in full production now. Fourteen (14) bronze markers will be installed this year in Independence sidewalks to mark places along a walking tour of Mormon sites. MMFF, with the help of some wonderful friends, and in cooperation with the city of Independence is making this dream turn into a reality. We

owe a big public thank you for lots of work by city staff to Bruce Hahl, Kathy Bennett and Mary Ottman.

You may participate by contributing to the cost of installation. You may choose a site and contribute the entire

cost (approximately $100). Some token of appreciation for such donations will be given those donors. Smaller

donations will also be happily accepted. Watch for some special events in connection with the coming of these markers.
