Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ,
The Lord has blessed us with a good crop of new students and returning students who want to further their education and development as servants of the Lord. I pray that this report will be a blessing and encouragement to you all.
The entire staff and all thirty students salute and thank you for your partnership that has made it possible for them to come and study at Batam Bible College. These men and lady represent every major island in Indonesia from Papua, Sulawesi, Kalimatan, Java, Sumatra, and Nias.

DEGREE SUBSITY PROGRAM A result of acquiring our accreditation was that we had to upgrade our teaching staff to have at least two Ph. D. and four Master degrees on our staff. Thankfully we were given five years to fulfill this requirement. However, with the salary that we pay our staff there is no way that they could afford to pay the cost of a Masters degree program. Brother Herbin started a Masters program last year in Batam and will graduate this fall. Brothers Timotius and Radius entered a Masters degree program this year in Solo, Java. We subsidize 50% of the cost of the programs.
