• Children will usually be given Maths and Literacy homework each week. The homework is given out on a Thursday and handed back in on a Tuesday.

• The children may be given half-term projects to complete.

• In order to make the children become more independent and ready for secondary school, we will not be phoning parents to bring homework in if your child has forgotten it. Instead they will miss their break-time, to begin to understand the importance of deadlines.
