Greetings,

I am an American citizen who resides in Mesa, Arizona within the county of Maricopa. Pursuantto Title 18 U.S.C. Chapter 1, § 4 (“Whoever, having knowledge of the actual commission of afelony cognizable by a court of the United States, conceals and does not as soon as possible makeknown the same to some judge or other person in civil or military authority under the United

States, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both.”), I believeI am compelled by law to make known to you that I witnessed the commission of felonious fraud.

On April 27, 2011 Barack Obama released an image that he claimed was his long form birthcertificate from the state of Hawaii. After more than two years of claiming that nothing wasavailable but a Hawaiian abstract (a Certification of Live B irth that was posted on the Internetand was proven to be a forgery), Barack Obama publicly stated, “As many of you have been

briefed, we provided additional information today about the site of my birth.” His usage of the

pronoun “we” implies his personal involvement in what was released.

Upon request, I will provide you a detailed analysis that proves, irrefutably, that what Barack Obama released was, indeed, a forged computer-generated image, which makes the release of theimage a felony (forgery of a government document used for identification is a felony).

Because of Title 18 U.S.C. Chapter 1, § 4, I believe I have no other choice but to report thisfraudulent activity, and because of the duties incumbent upon your position, I believe you havelittle choice but to personally investigate this crime, or refer the crime to a superior for itsinvestigation.

I would appreciate being apprised of the progress of that investigation, as I care deeply about mycountry, and I highly object to anyone who commits willful fraud remaining in elected office, as Iassume you do as well As I am not the only one upon whom this fraud was perpetrated I will be
