INTRODUCTION

East West Resources Ltd., acquired the Seagull property from Avalon Ventures Ltd.,

located in Leckie Lake Area in the District of Thunder Bay Ontario, of the Thunder Bay Mining

Division.

As per request of the property owners a Mise a la masse induced polarization program

consisting of 14 days surveyed that began November 01, 2000 to November 30, 2000 and was

carried out by Dan Patrie Exploration Ltd.

SUMMARY AND RECOMMENDATIONS

The Seagull Property is located in Northwestern Ontario , Leckie Lake Area, Little Sturge

Lake, Eaglehead Lake and Anders Lake District of Thunder Bay, Ontario and consists of 638

unpatented mining claim units.

Further exploration of the Seagull Property is warranted in proving its considerable merit

in hosting economic PGE, Ni, Cu and possible Au mineralization.

A program of 14 days of Mise a la Masse induced polarization survey was done on the

property to cover a mag feature centered upon an ultramafic intrusion body whose magnetic

signature has a diameter of approximately 9 kilometres for its PGE, Ni, and Cu potential. Due to

the lack of geological information the following programs are recommended to complete the

evaluation.

1. Completion of the grid lines over entire property.

2. Magnetometer survey over entire property.

3. Induced Polarization over all of property.

4. Diamond drilling I. P. anomalies to establish sulphide content and geology.

Following completion of this work and contingent upon the results then additional work

should be considered to further evaluate the economic potential of the property for PGE,

Ni, and Cu mineralization.

The following report summarizes the results obtained from the work carried out during the

current program and the interpretation is speculative.

LOCATION AND ACCESS

The Seagull Property is located 55 kilometers north east of the town of Thunder Bay,

Ontario. Access to the property is by driving from Thunder Bay some 45 kilometers north up the

Armstrong highway 527 and turning east onto the Dorion Cut Off road for 22 kilometers and then

turning north for another 22 kilometers into the property.

GEOLOGY

The Seagull Property, also referred to collectively with the Disraeli property as the Wolf

Mountain project is centered upon an-ultramafic intrusion body whose magnetic signature has a

diameter of approximately 9 kilometers.

Surface outcrop comprises of highly weathered ultramafic rock and magnetic layer weathered to

black sands over an area of approximately l square kilometer.

The aeromagnetic survey shows that the Seagull intrusive is six miles in diameter and is cone or

'bowl shaped" Layers of oxide minerals occur in the vicinity of the PGE showing and for this

reason Avalon had suggested this type of setting is similar to the Merensky Reef in the Bushveld

Complex in South Africa. This ultramafic body now exposed on surface but was originally

covered by a diabase sill up to 200 m in thickness. Tilting of blocks within the rift system has

brought this area closer to surface. The presence of older Sibley sediments adjacent to the

ultramafics is also a good sign since sulphate mineral-hydrogen sulphide and other sulpher bearing

hydrocarbons within the Sibley would provide a good source of sulphur for ultramafic rocks to

utilise in the generation of sulphides.

TOPOGRAPHY AND VEGETATION

The Seagull Property vegetation is currently a mix of alders, willows, poplars with most of

this as second growth leaving the trees very thick and hard to walk through.

To the south along the 800 east tie line there is a large swamp running in an north south

direction from line 2800 north to line 3200 north .

CLAIM DESCRIPTION

Consisting of 638 unpatented mining claim units, the Seagull Property, located in Leckie

Lake Area, Anders Lake, Eaglehead Lake and Little Sturge Lake in the District of Thunder Bay,

Thunder Bay Mining Division.

INSTRUMENTATION AND WORK DONE

MISE A LA MASSE

A total of 14 days of Mise a la masse of induced polarization survey was done on the

property with readings taken every 25 meters and plotting the voltage and contouring the results

using Geosoft software. The survey was a time Mise a la masse survey with a "a" spacing of 25

meters and was read with a Walcer MG-14 motor generator and a Huntec 14 kilowatt revised

Walcer Model transmitter and a Scintrex IPR-12 receiver. The motor generator and transmitter

were stationary on the end of the line being read and current transmitted through a wire with an

electrode down holes 0003 and 0005 locating area of high sulphide zone in the holes and

transmitting current to other infinity 500 meters past end of line connected to the operator with a

geo reel with 2 electrodes taking D.C. readings between 25 meter "a" spacing of the electrodes

and then plotted on a map for interpretation.

INTERPRETATION

The induced polarization Mise a la masse survey picked up high voltage zones over an

area running in an east west direction from line 1900 east to line 2400 east centered at 4800 north

to 4500 north while reading hole 0005. Also a high voltage area from line 1600 east to 2000 east

centered at 4500 north while reading down hole 0003.

The induced polarization Mise a la masse survey proved successful in finding areas of high

voltage with 3 to 4 times the background which showed continuity between hole which suggests

sulphides and should be investigated further. The property merits more exploration work such as

more magnetometer and induced polarization surveys being done and W'ith follow up drilling of

the anomalies found.

CONCLUSIONS

With the presence of a favorable geological environment for the localization of PGE

mineralization of economic importance and with the very successful induced polarization mise a la

masse survey which was only a reconnaissance survey, to further evaluate the property's potential

the writer recommends an on going work program over the remaining claims and areas not

already covered on the property, consisting of line cutting, magnetometer and induced

poiarization surveys to locate areas of disseminated sulphide.

RECOMMENDED EXPLORATION PROGRAM

The following program is recommended to evaluate the property for its potential to host a

PGE, Ni and Cu deposit.

1. Complete the line cutting as required to provide a control for geological,

geochemical and geophysical work.

2. Geochemical sampling over target areas.

3. Magnetometer survey over areas not covered.

4. Detailed Induced Polarization survey.

5. Geological mapping and sampling.

6. Stripping, trenching over anomalous areas.

As a result of encouraging data obtained from the recently completed geophysics survey

additional exploration on the property is recommended.
