(1 Thess. 5:6-7), "Therefore let us not sleep, as do others; but let us watch and be sober. For they that sleep in the night; and they that be drunken are drunken in the night."

Christians who are spiritually asleep generally have certain features about them. Some of them are as follows: They are safe and sound, secure, senseless, happy-go-lucky, religiously careless, and unconcerned about their souls; negligent of their duties like prayer, Bible Study, fellowship with other believers, and witnessing, not considering of their spiritual enemies or the warfare in which they should be engaged.

These slumbering Christians are given to a carnal self-confidences and sinful indulgences. They are stupefied and blinded by besetting sins; living as though there is no tomorrow or an eternity and judgment awaiting them when they leave this world

Christians are willingly ignorant of God's Word and His Will for their lives; unteachable and avoid any serious means of instruction; generally unbalanced, extreme, and excessively corrupt in their morals.

These new modern Christians are insensible to spiritual things; lukewarm in their love for the Lord and His kingdom work. They usually have been led to follow another Jesus, another gospel led by another spirit which has been identified as the Kundalini Eastern Religious spirit. This false spirit supernaturally imitates the Holy Spirit. It gives spiritual gifts, such as, dreams, visions and deviating prophecies.

Todd Bentley claims that “Emma is a female angel that is a motherly type.” There is no scripture to prove that God made female angels. Let me say, that real revivals do not move on the power of angels.

Jesus warned in (Jn. 10:10-15), “The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly. 11 I am the good shepherd: the good shepherd giveth his life for the sheep. 12 But he that is an hireling, and not the shepherd, whose own the sheep are not, seeth the wolf coming, and leaveth the sheep, and fleeth: and the wolf catcheth them, and scattereth the sheep. 13 The hireling fleeth, because he is an hireling, and careth not for the sheep. 14 I am the good shepherd, and know my sheep, and am known of mine. 15 As the Father knoweth me, even so know I the Father: and I lay down my life for the sheep.”

The answer is, “BECAUSE SOULS ARE BEING DECIEVED BY POWERFUL SEDUCING SPIRITS, AND ARE FALLING AWAY FROM THE TRUTH OF JESUS CHRIST AS SAVIOR AND LORD and our provider!”

DECEPTION AND SEDUCTION

FALLING AWAY The Apostle Paul warns of the spread of heresy from the Christian faith. The word Apostasy conveys the particular idea of falling away, a withdrawal, a defection from the faith. Always remember you can’t fall away from something that you’ve never had. Paul goes on to say in the scriptures that misrepresentation of the truth is a primary avenue for the great end time falling away, “Let no man deceive you by any means; for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition,” (I Thess. 2:3). Another avenue is following a strong erroneous belief or illusion. The Bible shows in (2 Thess. 2) the last days that a spirit of “strong delusion” will overtake the whole world. Have you noticed that “another spirit, another Jesus, another Gospel,” is being preached everywhere?

God has given them over to the lusts of their own flesh such as "strife and jealousy, greed."

Rom 1:21-22, -- “Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened. 22 Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools,” KJV

These new false Christians are unresolved in their convictions and unstable and unsteady in their purposes are constantly in a warfare in their souls as to whom they should serve - God or the world, their own Selves, and Sin.

The Apostle Paul loudly and clearly sound out the alarm to the Body of Christ today –

Many Churches no longer preach the basics of the Bible. People live for today and have absolutely no concern for their eternal souls. Popular new self-styled Christian teachers are inspiring new agendas to transform the Christian faith to shift it into just another religion. Jesus becomes presently another god-avatar that sits alongside all the gods of the world.

The New World Religion is here and you may follow any religion that you want and the Devil will answer. You may worship any false god, including yourself and it will be fine as long as you don’t say that Jesus is the only way back to God.

John 14:6, --“Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.” KJV

The religious pathways to the gods will only lead people into the valley of hell.

Matt 7:13-14, “Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat: 14 Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.”KJV

IS HELL REAL?

Is there really a physical location of burning torment and punishment that is spoken of in the Bible? Only three in ten adults (31%) see hell as an actual location “a place of physical torment where people will be sent”?

Someone said to me recently, “I don’t believe in God.” When I replied, “You know you’ll go to hell.” The person answered, “Oh, I want to go to hell.”

What a curious conversation. The person refused to believe in God but wanted to go to hell?” But it is at the heart of preaching that should be done today, give them the good news that Jesus Christ is real and is the one pathway back to God; but at the same time, refusal of God’s love can send their souls into hell.

Where did the idea of hell as a place of eternal punishment come from?

Jesus spoke of a place where “the fire is not quenched,” in Mark 9:43-48. Does the Bible really teach that evildoers would go to the place and be punished forever? Yes, Jesus also gave another illustration of hell in Luke 16:23.

5 But I will forewarn you whom ye shall fear: Fear him, which

after he hath killed hath power to cast into hell; yea, I say unto

[In hell] The word here translated hell ("Hades") means literally a dark, obscure place; the place where departed spirits go, but especially the place where "wicked" spirits go. See the notes at Job 10:21-22 Isa 14:9. The following circumstances are related of it in this parable:

1. It is "far off" from the abodes of the righteous. Lazarus was seen "afar off."

2. It is a place of torment.

3. There is a great gulf fixed between that and heaven, Luke 16:26.

4. The suffering is great. It is represented by "torment" in a flame, Luke 16:24.

5. There will be no escape from it, Luke 16:26.

The word "hell" here means, therefore, that dark, obscure, and miserable place, far from heaven, where the wicked shall be punished forever. 1

SIN IS A TIE THAT ONLY JESUS CAN BREAK THROUGH DELIVERANCE

Frances Manuel gives us this useful summation: “We do have clear and plain teaching regarding the demons

themselves. Demons in vast numbers constitute a part of Satan’s hierarchy and fight in his army. They are spiritual beings without bodies of their own, hence they seek embodiment; they have supernatural power and strength. They are not omniscient, but are creatures of cunning intellect and given to deceits and wiles. They are unclean, corrupt, and bent on destruction and ruin. They degrade the bodies they invade and possess, whether of animals or men. They tremble at the Word of God and have to bow to the authority of Jesus Christ whether exerted directly by Him or by those to whom. He delegated the authority.

“But I fear lest by any means, as the serpent beguiled Eve through his subtlety, so your minds should be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ. For it he that cometh preacheth another Jesus, whom, we have not preached, or if ye receive another spirit, which ye have not accepted, ye might well bear with him,” (2 (Cor. 11: 3-4). Do not attend a Friendly Seeker Church where they do not teach about the pitfalls of sin. Your eternal depends upon your receiving the truth. You must strive to live holy and dedicated to Jesus.

John 8:34, -- “Jesus answered them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Whosoever committeth sin is the servant of sin.” The Holy Spirit will convict your heart. If you do not listen to the Word of conviction He will send the prophets (ministers) to deliver you through the Word. If you continue to indulge yourself in your hidden sins; spousal abuse, child abuse, self abuse; verbal abuse, unforgiveness; bitterness; rioting; raging; argument; anger, judging, sexual perversions, pornography, etc. Then judgment will fall in the form of curses on your finances; your job situation; etc. The tormentors (evil spirits) will come to nest in your life, then religious spirits will prevail instead of the Holy Spirit. Jesus said, “ . . . why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brother’s eye, but considerest not the beam that is in thine own eye? Or how wilt thou say to thy brother, Let thou hypocrite, first cast out the beam of thine own eye; and then shalt thou see clearly to cast out the mote out of thy brother’s eye.” (Matt. 7:2-5). Paul wrote,“Thou therefore which teachest another, teachest thou not thyself? thou that preachest a man should not steal, dost thou steal? Thou that sayest a man should not commit adultery, dost thou commit adultery? thou that abhorrest idols, dost thou commit sacrilege?” (Rom. 2:21-22). Godly saints must have a genuine hatred for sin. (Rom. 6:16), “Know ye not, that to whom ye yield yourselves servants to obey, his servants ye are to whom ye obey; whether of sin unto death, or of obedience unto righteousness?”

If you are in sin, repent now! Ask Jesus to forgive you and come live in your heart. Do this before it is too late. Antichrist is coming soon. Which Christ will you meet? Jesus Christ or the Antichrist? The choice is yours.

SALVATION—REPENTANCE

Salvation is more than repentance. It is more than making a decision for Christ; it is a changed life, a new creature in Christ, a life of Holiness. Unless you are born again, you have no hope of enjoying the glories of heaven or escaping the terrors of Hell. "Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God," (Jn. 3:3).

BORN AGAIN

"Ye must be born again." (Jn. 3:7).

You may be going to church, may be a good person; tithing, singing, dancing, praising the “Lord”, giving to the poor, wealthy, poor, in sin, etc., but you’ve never given your life and heart to the Jesus. YOU ARE NOT BORN AGAIN.

Salvation is a free gift of God granted to lost and undeserving men who trust in the righteousness of Christ and humble themselves in submission to his will.

Accept God's Word that He loves you and wants to give you an abundant life.

“For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life," (Jn. 3:16).

"I am come that they might have life and that they might have it more abundantly," (Jn. 10:10).

Pray: Father. I am a sinner. I repent from every sin and ask you to forgive me. I ask that Jesus become my personal Savior, come and live in my heart. Help me to serve You every day of my life; in Jesus name, amen.

We know that no one except God is absolutely perfect and that real salvation is the first step in perfecting holiness. Jesus Christ is the Head of the Church. Three times in the Epistle (Eph. 1:22, 4:15, and 5:2), Christ is specifically named as Head of the Church. This headship is His by rank, by power, and by love . . . His forever. Jesus, our Redeemer, is the only one with the crown right to be head of the Church.

We have the last will and testament of our Lord Jesus according to (Hebr. 9:16-22). The Bible is recorded in Heaven, (Ps. 119:89). The Bible is recorded to reveal Jesus Christ, (Jn. 20:31). The Bible was recorded to assure believers; (I Jn. 5:10-13). Every will must have an administrator. The administrator must have wisdom; (Col. 2:3). The administrator must have power; (Matt. 28:18). The administrator must be present; (Matt. 28:20).

Jesus is the testator. It was signed by His faultless life, (Lk. 23:4). It was signed by His suffering, (I Pet. 4:12,13). It was signed by His resurrection, (Rom. 4:15). Every Will requires a witness, (Jn. 5:37,38). The Bible is a witness, (Jn. 16:12-15). A Will is no good while the testator lives. Jesus became man in order to die, (Heb. 2:24). Jesus knew He had to die, (Lk. 9:30:31). Jesus’ death is the Bible’s theme, (I Cor. 15:1, 3, 4). Wills require heirs. Paul tells us we are heirs, (Col. 4:7). Peter tells us we are heirs, (I Pet. 1:4), James tells us we are heirs, (Jam.

2:5). A will describes the inheritance. We have a new nature, (II Pet. 1:4), a life of peace with God, (Rom. 5:1); an inheritance in Heaven, (I Cor. 2:9).2
