DB-M discussed about the &rogress of &urchases of ca&ital items and as,edthe concerned Princi&als to com&lete the &rocesses for remaining &urchasesas &er a&&roved budgets according to rules regulations on urgent basis'

Two tender cases of VTI 1hishtian regarding &rocurement of e5ui&ments of Beautician trade and furniture A0ture for di erent trades were alsodiscussed b: the DB-M' President briefed the house that those cases weresent b: &urchase committee 1hishtian for a&&roval' In his o&inion!s&eciAcations of e5ui&ments of Beautician Trade were not as &er rules'Moreover said committee had rejected one of the bids and the second onewas sent for a&&roval' %ctual tender amount was more than lac! so he sentit to DB-M' %t that &oint 7ecretar: told the house that he was of theconArmed o&inion that the &urchase committee was full: com&etent toa&&rove the tenders' 7o both the cases were referred bac, to the relevant&urchaseCevaluation committee to chec,Creview those cases and ma,e Analdecisions' It was also decided b: DB-M that in future! a&&roval of clearl:determined s&eciAcations will also be &resented to the concerned com&etentauthorit:! while getting a&&rovals of &rocurement! before initiating the&rocess of tender' It was also decided that after getting &rior a&&roval of com&etent authorit:! all &urchase cases would be Anali*ed Cdecided as &ercodal &rocedure ' at length and both cases were referred to the relevant&urchaseCevaluation committee to chec,Creview these cases and ma,e Analdecisions' It was also decided b: the DB-M that in future! a&&roval of clearl:determined s&eciAcations will also be obtained from concerned com&etentauthorit: while getting a&&rovals of &rocurement through tender beforeinitiating the &rocess of tender' It was also decided that after getting &riora&&roval of com&etent authorit:! all &urchase cases would beAnali*edCdecided b: the concerned &urchase committee notiAed b: PresidentDB-M'
