25. NIL Tender is Turn Key based on Tenderer'sown Design. We have contacted to Designagencies they need 3-4 weeks for design.Geotechnical investigation report is alsonot available with us. Quantity take off isalso need to be done after design is ready.Tender consists of various items for Civil& Services, for which considerableamount of time will be required for athorough study and competitive quote.This also involves acquiring quotationsfrom various sub contractors, we requestyou to extend the submission date by 6week from current date of submission.

MHADA has obtained Intimation ofApproval (IOA) from DRP/SRA & theapproved plan is appended with biddocument at chapter-IV. II-55, Sr.5 specifies Rated speed as1 meter per second / 1.75 meter persecond . Kindly confirm correct Ratedspeed per second for lifts.
