In response to a mot ion filed by the Depar tment of Law and Public Safety,
the Appella te Division , Super ior Cour t of New J ersey, has remanded the
appea l of the In terna t iona l Brotherhood of Elect r ica l Workers and
In terna t ional Brotherhood of Elect r ica l Workers, Loca l 33 to the Civil Service
Commission regarding the change in the Sta te Classifica t ion Plan tha t was
approved a t the Commission’s meet ing on Apr il 4, 2012.
ACTION: The Civil Service Commission rescinded the change in the Sta te
Classifica t ion Plan approved a t the Civil Service Commission
meet ing on Apr il 4, 2012.
