adopt the ALJ ’s recommenda t ion to dismiss the appea l. Ra ther , the

Commission remanded the mat ter to the Office of Administ ra t ive Law. The

proposed decision is now submit ted for the Commission’s review.

J udge Bruce M. Gorman (ALJ ), who discont inued a ll proceedings in this

mat ter upon the withdrawal of the charges and returned the mat ter to the

Civil Service Commission (Commission) for appropr ia te disposit ion . At it s

meet ing on J uly 30, 2014, the Commission acknowledged the appellan t ’s

withdrawal of his appea l without prejudice. The proposed fina l decision is

now submit ted for the Commission’s review.

ACTION: The Civil Service Commission adopted the fina l decision .
