4 Orange Tier Criteria

4.1 Volunteering Activity

This will be carried out in the form of a flashmob at a volunteering event. Wewill have a slot on 23rd Feb to perform with Community theme as part ofVolunteering Week

4.2.1 Freddy

This will take place on Tuesday, at 13:15

This remains to be organised, but will take place soon

5 Refresh Week

This was peachy keen, as anticipated. Notable highlights included some clubnights, probably, and the latest addition to Gabbys wardrobe

6.1 Open Mic Night

3 sign ups at time of writing, but it will soon fill up

6.2 Theatre Trips

6.2.1 Hairspray

One ticket left (grrr!)

6.2.2 Wicked

14 tickets remain, but there is plenty of time, and they will all go, so thats chill

6.3 Grease Aftershow

After healthy debate, it was unanimously decided that Grease will not have amanatee

8 Bodysoc Show

With a theme of The Classics, this show taking place two weeks before Encoreon Friday 17th, Saturday 17th April (matinee and evening)

Our cast would be required for tech and dress in show week, but not priorThis event would be a very good opportunity to improve relations with this

society, and seems like a good bit of fun

9 Adverts

These will be blitzed on a Saturday to be decided at a later date

9.1 Graphics

If theyre not done by Friday, then the integrity of a certain individuals facemay be compromised in new and imaginative ways

10 Constitutional/ Biblical Amendments

As fit as the committee bibles are, it was decided that some tidying may needto take place before they are presented to Freddy

It was also decided that Production team should have their own bibles be-cause their roles need to be more clearly outlined before the show process begins

These should be separate for revue shows because of the huge difference inoverall style. They will be written by all current society members who havefilled these roles at a time to suit their convenience

Further, it was decided that the role of Head Choreographer be added as afull member of production team, who would be present at auditions for futurefull shows
