I. CALL TO ORDERThe President called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm.

II. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTESThere minutes from the January 8, 2015 meeting were approved.

III. OFFICER’S REPORT

A. President’s Report The President discussed funding for the team for 2015. The school district is still owed approximately $15,000 for the 2015 season so it is imperative that parents sell the tickets. The tickets will be handed out at the parents meeting. Date and time TBD.

B. Vice President’s ReportWelcomed everyone to the meeting and thanked everyone for coming. Noted that the tryouts for the teams start on Monday, February 9th.

C. Treasurer’s Report Treasure was absent.

D. Secretary’s ReportThe Booster Club will be offering customized clothing for sale at the parents meeting. The company has no minimums so we are not restricted to what we order. Warm up suits, dri-fits shirts, hats, bags, are all available for sale. The booster club receives 12% of the sales because we are a non-profit.

IV. COMMITTEE REPORTS:

A. Village Wide Yard Sale - TBD

B. Fall Tournament - TBD.C. Rudolf Rumble Tournament - TBDD. Car Show (Matthew Korycki). Nothing to report.E. July Fourth – TBDF. TV Raffle (Colleen Dunning) - Tickets will be handed out at parents meeting and will be due back by April 23, 2015. The raffle will be held on G. Apparel Committee (Cathy Korycki): None at this time.H. School Board Meeting Committee - Colleen will attend and brief the next school board meeting.

V. UNFINISHED BUSINESSNew balls and nets will be ordered. Christine Richardson will order the balls and Matt Korycki will order the new nets.

VI. NEW BUSINESS: None.
