- Our main coordinator Benito sends regards for everyone. - About the project, everything is running well but it is necessary to talk about some things:

- First of all, we apologise for not having updated the different presentations of each section on our webpage. We have to do our work for the last works on time because we need to have all the presentations for our last meeting.

- Multilingual dictionary (I'll send each one by email the doubts that I have and the empty words)

- Remind Patrick that he only has to send two proverbs, he already sent the final works. - The works have to be sent to the coordinators of each section. The coordinators will have

to send those documents to the Galician team. The coordinators of each section are: - Recipes, Finland - Songs, Turkey - Stories and sayings, Romania

- Domain of the webpage. In our Galician meeting we will talk about how many years we are going to have this domain.

- Two possible cities for arriving: Santiago de Compostela and Porto. - First of all, timetable of the coach on the 6th of June

About the prices of our Portuguese hotel, she says that it is 60€ the single room and 65€ the double room. We'll visit on the last day, Coimbra, a city near Lousã.

- Before the 30th of April we have to know the full name and passport number of the people who are going to come to Spain because we are going to enter inside the prision and we need to comunicate to the manager of the prision in order to get the permissions. We'll make an application form for these personal details. If some partners have some doubts about the names of the people in the Galician meeting, we need the name of the potential candidates, but not a very long list.

- Foodprint Fair Before the 30th of April, the Galician team has to know the name of the products that you are going to bring with us and the quantity. If you can send a photo, it would be the best option. Very important, PRODUCTS WITHOUT ALCOHOL. - Foodprint Song

- Before the 30th of April, the Galician team will send to you the lyrics of the foodprint.eu song in the last meeting. It is an adaptation of the song America from the musical WEST SIDE STORY. The chorus will be in English and the rest o the lyrics in Galician language and Spanish. We'll send everyone a recording of the chorus.

- We'll try to present the foodprint.eu documentary and the photo gallery in our fair. - Deadline for final works (April 30th).

- It's very important because they are the final works. So, everyone has to send the coordinator of each section their works, and each coordinator to the Galician team to post on the blog/webpage. The Galician team will send the links of the works to Monika to make the last part of our multilingual dictionary before the 5th of May and everyone has to complete their part before the 18th of May.

- Deadlines for Turkish photos, documentary and summary of workshops. The weekend after this meeting, they will have the photos, the video and the summary of the worshops in our meeting.

- Evaluation deadline. Ela talks about the evaluation of our Polish meeting. This information is in our For partners only blog and we'll post it on the blog as soon as possible. Deadline for the evaluation of our Turkish meeting, 25th of April. Everyone has the links to the application form in their emails. Remember that everyone must fill in the participants evaluation, the coordinators of each country have to fill in two application forms, one as participant and the other one as partners. And Oral has to fill in the three application forms. - Talking about new project(s). Oral talks about the two new projects of his association.
