1. Facilities & Sustainability – David Levine ’16
1. Facilities Survey-This week beginning of next week.
2. CMP Case: People have been signing the petition.
3. CMP Case: Public comment time next week.
4. Next Friday(4th-5th of April) campus blackout.
2. Academic Affairs–Jordan Goldberg’14
1. Mark Hanson will be talking about Dwayne “The
Rock” Johnson at Food for Thought.
2. Faculty member with the first name of Meredith will
also be speaking.
3. Massa: Makes a joke.
4. Goldberg: There will be a faculty survey on Friday to
ask why students use Credit/D Fail.
5. Nelson: Encourages everyone to take the survey as
there has been a lot of “back and forth” on the issue.
6. White: Brings up the issue of students becoming
anonymous to the professor if they are taking the
course Credit/D/Fail.
7. Many students feel that professors do not care as
much about the student if they know the student is not
taking the course for a grade.

8. Rujiraorchai: Book center project is being worked on,
waiting to hear back from Mitch Davis about this.
9. Goldberg: No life raft as there is no open space for it.

1. Wellness Day: Thursday May 8th
2. Nelson: Someone applied for a good idea tonight.
3. Tavel: It’s ok if it’s mediocre.
4. Student Activities Funding Committee – Megan Massa ’14
1. Massa: Forms are due Monday
2. Massa: E Board, did you get it?
3. Vasquez: Not sure.
4. Massa: Meeting next week.
5. Nelson: Check in with Matt.

6. Nelson: Faculty/Staff appreciation day is coming up.
Thoughts from Campus Quad Presentation.1. Massa: Not was campus needs, but she likes free
things.
2. Goldberg: Will not do much good, but cool.
3. Nelson: Would people look at things like instagram.
4. Levine: He would potentially do it.

5. Tavel: Bowdoin has things like the Orbit and Digest
which do the job of the app.
6. Nakamura: Could this replace the Orbit?
7. Nelson: We are leaps and bounds ahead of peer
schools.
8. Nelson: Trinity students get 50 e-mails per day.
9. Massa: More spread out as there are two systems.
10.Duan: Campus quad is more social as it is easier to
filter and is less informative.
11.Tavel: Not informative and not necessary to
implement
12.Rujirorachai: Would rather go to Twitter or the Orbit.
13.Tavel: Designed for schools like Stanford.
14.Wong: New company if they can link to another
service, then I think it “changes the game”.
15.Nelson: Show the app around, see what people think.

a. There was a Pub night Thursday before Spring Break.
b. Working on planning senior week.

a. Ordering stuff for Ivies, 2 people favorited tweek from
class council.
IV. 2016
1. Sweatshirts and a wealth of complaints.
2. Should be more adds for community events.

3. Mad about lack of cheese cubes.
4. People want bonfire at Ivies

6. Nelson: Will never have bonfire.
7. Possibility to have skiball machine.
