Air Transportation: Please book your flight to arrive at The Pittsburgh International Airport (PIT) on the day

before the seminar (Monday), no later than 9:00 pm., if at all possible. The Guest Houseswill not be available for check-in on Monday until 3:00pm.

Please book your flight after your spot in the seminar is confirmed by SCS. You will receive a confirmation email from SCS that your completed registration form has been received and you have a seat and/or lodging.

When departing from Pittsburgh, select a flight that departs anytime after 3:30 pm on Thursday. You will need to leave the SCS offices about 2.5 hours before your flight.

Send Renee your flight itinerary and purchase details ASAP. Renee and the people in charge of the guest houses need to know your arrival and departure times. Plus, the cost of your ticket is needed in order to budget and prepare checks.

Ground Transportation (Taxi to Lodging) If flying, take a taxi (Yellow Cab of Pittsburgh), Super Shuttle, Uber or Lyft from the

Pittsburgh Airport to your assigned lodging destination.

Yellow Cab Co. of Pittsburgh 412-321-8100. Taxis are located outside of baggage at the Pittsburgh International Airport.

Super Shuttle shared ride van service 1-800-622-2089. Super Shuttle is located on baggage claim level, in the rental car area, behind the elevators by Door 4.

Uber (Uber Technologies, Inc.) and Lyft (Lyft, Inc.) are available by using their apps (for booking and paying) from your smartphone.

Directions from Airport to Main Guest House Taxi drivers often do not know how to get to the address of the main Guest House. The address is 840 Rolling Rock Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15234. Phone: 412.563.6163.Instruct your taxi driver to take you to the Mount Lebanon/Castle Shannon area of Pittsburgh off of McNeilly Road.

Transportation from Guest Houses to SCS OfficesSCS staff and guests with cars will shuttle people to/from the SCS offices and any evening events. If you arrive in a car you may be asked to help accommodate others.

Transportation from Hotel to SCS OfficesThe Crowne Plaza provides a limited shuttle service to/from the SCS offices. The shuttle needs to be booked in advance for a ride in the morning and afternoon to prevent a 30-60+ minute wait time. Phone: 877.270.1393. However, the shuttle service can often be booked for other hotel guests so SCS will ensure you have transportation to/from the hotel if that is the case. Typically, SCS staff and guests with cars will shuttle people from the SCS offices in the afternoon/evening after the seminar and any evening events.
