Booking and tracking repairs

Having a seamless process to report and manage

damages is of paramount importance.

Inspect Any Car have invested heavily to provide

both a easy damage reporting procedure backed up

by a highly sophisticated CRM system that can

produce live tracking and detailed reports.

All customers of Inspect Any Car will receive their

own customer portal that will provide information as

and when they need it.

Once we have received notification of damage our

team of experienced vehicle assessors will study the

damage request and (with customer approval ) deploy into our network to arrange repair.

We have pre-agreed SLA;s with our network resulting

in priority service, this means the driver of the dam-

aged vehicle will be contacted promptly to arrange a

convenient date and time to commence repairs.

Following the repair of the vehicle, a ‘damage

completion pack’ is created that confirms the

successful ‘sign-off’ for the repair.

This is accompanied by photos before, during and

after the repair.

The status of all repairs, including raised invoices are

available on your portal 24/7.

occasions our matrix pricing will come in at less than your excess premium, you will make

both a saving against paying your excess but also in keeping your insurance premiums lower.

When a member of your staff damages a vehicle this can be a timely experience, by

allowing us to manage it your time can be used in other ways. We always manage the

repair from start to finish and all updates come through to you for reference.

By using our services staff become aware that focus has been given to minor damage,

we recommend using our app for your staff to perform monthly damage checks. There

is no obligation to have the repairs done and they will sit on your portal as reported

but not repaired.

When staff leave or are dismissed it is likely they might be responsible for damaging

their company vehicle. We recommend checking the vehicle using our app. As our

pricing is a fixed matrix, damages can be repaired and the cost taken from the

employees final salary.

for various reasons we unfortunately have to reject the repair request, we always state

the reason for clarity and advice .
