I recently acquired a “Bacon Slicer” from a member of our MN Guzzi Family. Greg made it a better challenge for me….he disassembled it and wrapped it all up in paper like they do when you buy a slab of bacon. The race is on now between myself and Dave Carlson (who’s had a 10+ year head start building his) too see who’s riding theirs first?
