Ministerial Credentials ApplicationThank you for your interest in the E4 Ministry Network (Assemblies of God International Fellowship.) We encourage you to familiarize yourself with our Core Values, Doctrinal statement, Principles and More About Our History at https://e4ministry.org/about/.

We, as a fellowship, cooperate with local churches which sponsor applicants for license and ordination. All applicants must be sponsored by a local church. We supply the certificates and serve as a clergy registration bureau. Our office is supported by free will offerings. The registration fee is $200.00 and annual renewal fee is $100.00. The fee covers the administrative expense of processing the application and includes a subscription to our FELLOWSHIP magazine. News, inspirational messages and announcements of upcoming conferences in each issue.

You are also invited to participate in Clergy Care, a love ministry to bereaved families of our clergy. Upon proper notice of a death of a registered member, who has faithfully supported this voluntary program, we will notify participating members to send a condolence offering of $10.00 which will be appreciated by spouses and families in their time of need. --You may complete the paper form by printing legibly or you may access the online application form at https://e4ministry.org/Forms/Application.pdf if you have access to a computer and a printer.

--In addition to this form the applicant should submit a letter stating your preparation for ministry, experience and doctrine.

--There is a separate form to be completed by the sponsor which also may be completed on paper by printing legibly or found online at https://e4ministry.org/Forms/Sponsor.pdf. The sponsorship form may be returned with the completed application or send it as an email attachment to info@e4ministry.org.

--Also include two letters of recommendation from qualified ministers specifying how long they have known the applicant, the applicant's qualifications and character.

--Mail the completed application package to E4 Ministry Network-AGIF and include the $200 application fee.

The applicant for ministerial credentials must fill out the registration form completely. For the sake of accuracy please type or print neatly.
