PAUS UNIVERSA 50 ANFOThe PAUS mining explosive truck uses the common explosive ANFO (ammonium nitrate/fuel oil) or emulsion. PAUS hasdeveloped a new generation of ANFO charging vehicles.The new concept combines ANFO transportation andcharging into one machine, thus extending thecharging capacity to one full drilling pattern.

The ANFO charging has a capacity of up to 330 lbs (150 kg) per minute. When utilizing a single 925 lbs (500 L) vessel, theaddition of a storage platform increases ANFO bag storage up to 6,600 lbs(3,000 kg) and improves ANFOlogistics. This concept increasesthe amount of time each unitcan load ANFO, and keepsmachine dimensions ascompact as possible.

The Universa 50 can be equipped with either two vessels (pots) or a single vessel with a storage platform for additional bags. With two vessels, the ANFO storage capacity is up to 5,000 lbs (2,700 L). This can be achieved using either two 2,500 lbs vessels or one 2,000 lbs vessel paired with a second 3,000 lbs vessel. If a single 925 lbs (500 L) vessel is used, the storage platform provides an additional storage capacity of up to 120 ANFO bags (50 lbs/22 kg each). The fixed carrier Universa 50 can also be equipped with a telescopic platform at the rear of the machine to cover a full drilling pattern.

Cassette Style ANFO TruckThe Universa truck is available with a fixed configuration or as part of a cassette system. The cassette style option isfavorable for trucks being used for multiple applications, making it remarkably versatile. The truck can quickly and easily switch from the ANFO cassette to a wide variety of other cassettes including a scissor lifting platform, crane loadingplatform, and many others. TSL ANFOIdeal for a multipurpose vehicle. The TSL can be utilized formaintenance blasting as well as utility work throughout the mine. Various attachments, including several bucket and fork styles, can be quickly swapped out via the quick change system.

MinCa 18 ANFOIdeal for maintenance blasting in rugged mine conditions. The MinCa 18 is a purpose built vehicle for underground mining. The advanced suspension allows the operator to maneuver throughout the mine quickly and with full control.
