• Service Delivery in Education sector has recently witnessed a lot of measurable improvements
• MSDS have the potential to build on the solid work done under the PESRP and other sectoral interventions
• Could pave the way to achieving the MDGs 2 & 3
• Provide a framework to assess the systemic weaknesses and enable to remove them methodically
• Bring in the vital elements of evidence-based planning & client focus; thereby fulfilling the demands of Good Governance
• Flow of funds could be linked to them in the future

• The MSDS- Matrix constitutes the operative part of the Report. It comprises 3 Types of Indicators: Inputs, Processes & Outputs/ Outcomes
• The elements/components of the MSDS- Matrix give evidence that the all the Dimensions of Good Governance are reasonably covered
