Mini Kuboid Dragon www.sirrob01.wordpress.com WIll across at Inked Adventures (http://inkedadventures.com/main) Doodled up an awesome little cuboid dragon. It inspired me to make this dragon based on Wills doodle. I've done two sizes of the Dragon: The orginal model which is about 16cm/6.5 inchs from the nose to tail tip and the second a mini version (about 60%) which is around 11cm/4.5 inchs from the nose to the tip of the tail. The large dragon fills 3 pages, but the smaller one I manged to fit onto a single page. I didn't design the dragon with any uses in mind just a for fun project, however I did add some hanging loops which lets you suspend the dragon from say a mobil or as a decoration on an Xmas tree. The larger one will also balance pretty well on the top of an LCD monitor (depending on the monitors thickness. I've down 4 basic colours (red, green, blue, yellow) + a blank colour your own version (CYO). The CYO version is more desigend to be printed and then coloured with textas or pencils and built, but you could digitally colour it as well. Building tips for this Mini size version ~ Assemble head body and neck together first then add the spines along the back and then the rest of the parts. ~ With the 2d back spines apply a thin edge of superglue and then put them in place. ~ Tail glue top spine edge together first reverse score the top spines. ~ Cutout wings and legs seperatly and then glue together do not try to fold over they are not aligned ~The optional hangers place one down onto the neck Folding the tabs out at 90 degrees, The second hanger glue on the bum just above the tail leave it flat. Hole size in the middle is holepunch size and thick cotten thread is good to use as hanging material. ~ Don't forget to edge all the parts before you glue them together. ~ Sorry No cut files

I've done two sizes of the Dragon:

The orginal model which is about 16cm/6.5 inchs fromthe nose to tail tip and the second a mini version(about 60%) which is around 11cm/4.5 inchs from thenose to the tip of the tail.

The large dragon fills 3 pages, but the smaller one Imanged to fit onto a single page.

I didn't design the dragon with any uses in mind just afor fun project, however I did add some hanging loopswhich lets you suspend the dragon from say a mobil oras a decoration on an Xmas tree. The larger one willalso balance pretty well on the top of an LCD monitor(depending on the monitors thickness.

I've down 4 basic colours (red, green, blue, yellow) + ablank colour your own version (CYO). The CYOversion is more desigend to be printed and thencoloured with textas or pencils and built, but you coulddigitally colour it as well.
