INSTALLED UNIT (100 SQM)

Gunnebo has recently been involved in the supply of a Kit-form Bank accommodation for use at remote sites.

The idea is for an Mini bank module which could be transported to site in modular form and assembled within ashort time span onto a pre-cast concrete base.

The product allows for a variety of sizes and designs, all of which can be supplied in varying levels of ballisticand attack resistance.

The offer can be for a fully equipped unit supplied by Gunnebo, or for various levels of supply, where more andmore components are sourced and installed locally.

We include in this presentation a proposal for several different ‘Mini Bank’ concepts which can be modified indesign and layout by the client depending on the volume involved.

Schematic designs for various possible Mini- Bank are shown starting with the basic 18sqm unit up to 60 sqm.Larger units are of course available on request..

Cost estimates can been prepared and ideally should be based on a common design for the client as follows:

Scenario A – 18 sqm. Based on external banking operation with only staff inside unit.Costing is carried out on the assumption that the Bank-in-a-box unit is to be erected on a sitewhere there is a municipal infrastructure with services provided at the site.

Scenario B – 40 & 60 sqm. Full Mini bank unit allowing customers to enter.Costing is carried out on the assumption that the Bank-in-a-box unit is to be placed where there ismunicipal infrastructure with services provided at the site.

MINI BANK UNDER CONSTRUCTION

A concrete base has to be laid prior to theInstallation. Height of base it relative to anyFlooding risk in the area.In this case the floor was tiled, but other finishescan be used.

Pre sized wall panels are quickly inserted intofloor channels to form basic structure.Roof if fitted soon after.

Roof sections and windows are fitted. All signageInstalled. Signage can be imported or supplied locally

Depending on client specification we install kitchenand toilet facilities. Connection to either the providedUtilities if available. Failing this then Water andSewerage storage tanks can be installed.
