    1,338 companies from 39 countries including major industry brands such as Aisin, BMW Group Russia, Bosch, Mercedes-Benz RUS, Brembo, Brisk, Carvile, Delphi, Denso, Exedy Clutch Europe, Gates, GAZ Group, Bosal, Finwhale, Hola, KYB, Magneti Marelli, Mann+Hummel, Multu, Optibelt, Tennecto, Valeo Service, Sogefi Group, Uniqom, ZF Friedrichshafen and many others.

    National Pavilions

    Italy, Spain, Turkey, Singapore, Korea, Armenia, Taiwan, Croatia and Czech Republic presented their products and technology developments at collective National Pavilions. Companies from Germany presented their products, services and technologies in a German Area.

    31,239 visitors during 4 days 89% of visitors came from 77 regions of Russia 99% of visitors are representatives of trade and industry.

    Following successful launch during the previous edition, MIMS powered by Automechanika Moscow 2014 featured Truck Competence to highlight the range of products and services in the commercial vehicles section, which has been of a special interest for professional visitors of the trade fair as well as for the industry in general. This year 176 companies participated in the Truck Competence program.

    A powerful official support from the government bodies and professional associations proves the importance and value of MIMS powered by Automechanika Moscow for the Russian market of autocomponents and maintenance. Official support was granted by the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Feredation, Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, Chamber of Commerce of the Russian Federation, Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Russia, the Moscow City Government as well as Taiwan External Trade Development Council (TAITRA), Association of small and medium enterprises (ASME Singapore), Association of European Businesses in Russia (AEB) and OIB - Automotive Industry Exporters Association (Turkey).

    The National Association of Motor Vehicle Maintenance and Repair Workshops (NAPTO), Automotive Service Association (ASA) and Association of vehicle Service and Repair became the information partners of MIMS powered by Automechanika Moscow to provide updated information about the show to its members.

    5th International Forum Automotive Industry and Autocomponents Market in Russia organized in partnership with the Association of European Businesses in the Russian Federation (AEB) was held within the trade fair on the 25th of August 2014.

    The main topics of the Automotive Industry and Autocomponents Market in Russia Forum 2014 was focused on the current topical issues of the industry:

    The latest trends in the Russian Automotive Industry Improving results of in-dealer service departments Supply chain optimization for parts within Russia Supplier and aftermarket development in Russia

    The top professional level of the Forum is proved out by the high-profile participants - representatives of authorities, CEOs of the leading brands and opinion shapers of the Industry - Transportation and Automotive Department of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia, Renault Russia, Mazda Motor Rus, Volkswagen Russia, OIB, Continental Tires RUS LLC, Kuehne + Nagel (LLC), Tablogix, Parkline Logistic, Goodyear Russia, Goltsblat BLP, DLA Piper, Analytic Agency Autostat, Baker and McKenzie and FSUE NAMI. The Forum gathered more than 150 participants from the key companies of the industry, professional associations and governmental structures.

    The Forum was supported by OIB Automotive Industry Exporters Association (Turkey) and Continental Tires RUS LLC.

    NEW! B2B Speed Dating

    For the first time MIMS powered by Automechanika Moscow successfully featured B2B speed dating - direct negotiations between car components manufacturers, car-makers and wholesale buyers, which were be held within the Forum program. Direct B2B negotiations provided the manufacturers a unique opportunity to present their products to purchasing managers, representing the leading wholesale buyers such as Sollers, Great Wall Motor, Autotor Holding, Renault Russia during one day. Direct negotiations were very busy and lasted more than 3 hours.

    Irina KorjavinaMTA S.p.AThe exhibition was very productive for our company. We had many fruitful meetings and a lot of visitors at our booth during all days of the show. I would like to mention the quality of visitors most of them were professionals of the industry and buyers. The show was organized very professionally. Its also good, that this year MIMS powered by Automechanika Moscow started earlier, so visitors who came from far away regions of Russia managed to see both exhibitions. We are glad about our participation in the show and I think we should exhibit next year. The final decision will be made by the company owners later.

Another good thing about the show, that it gives us a chance to meet not only our key clients, but also end consumers representatives of car service stations and to find out their opinion about our products and our distributers work. Our goals was promoting out brand for the Russian market. We have been planning our participation in advance and invited a lot of partners to visit our stand. Meeting clients from the Russian regions during the exhibition was very important for our company. The organizers were very attentive and provided good support during our preparations.

    Thomas J. DeBlasisHastings Manufacturing CompanyWe found the show to be quite busy, at our booth there was a lot of activity, a lot of interest in our products. The visitors at our booth were mostly from Russia, but we also had a few visitors from neighboring countries Ukraine and distributors from Belarus, primarily from Russia, but also from far extents of the Russian territory, so lots of people came from a long distance away to visit the show. They were business oriented, many of them had they own machine shops or engine shop they were interested in our piston rings, but weve also met stores representatives and end distributors - a good mix of clientele. We see that the market is very good here in Russia and in the former Soviet countries for our product Hastings Piston Rings. We had many good contacts at the show and we will be back next year.
