The Manufacturing Laboratory at the Millipore St. Charles site is experiencing sudden growth as a result of the relocation of the Beadlyte product from the Temecula and Dundee Millipore sites. The Manufacturing Laboratory currently operates in building 6 of the Missouri Research Park. The Manufacturing Laboratory is currently working in 17,818 net square feet. It is anticipated that 8 - 10 positions will be added to the Manufacturing Laboratory in the next 6 months and that there will be steady growth thereafter. To accommodate this short term need, there are efficiencies that can be gained within the existing floor plate. For a more compre-hensive explanation of the proposed short-term expansion plans refer to the Program Conclusions section of this document.
