What innovative changes has your employer made to aid in a better work environment?

“Wellness program, not contacting employee's after‐hours (no 7pm texts or emails from bosses), good work‐life balance”.

“Innovation is not my employer's strongest area. We have a wellness program of sorts and employee appreciation day and occasional activities but I don't find any of them to be innovative; however it is more of a structural problem based on how feedback is filtered. Working to address it”.
