We have been told since our youth that milk does a body good. Wehave been told that it is essential in building strong bones and teeth, while in the process lowering the chances of fractures and osteoporosis.Based on these claims, milk and its by-products have been implementedin the daily lifestyles of many Americans with the hopes of notbecoming a victim of bone loss or unhealthy teeth. At the same timemilk has climbed to the top to become one of the most powerful

industries around, bringing in revenue of $110 Billion per year.http://www.idfa.org/about-idfa/With such a nice flow of revenue, it onlymakes since that they invest heavily in marketing, which they mostcertainly do, 200 million worth. http://www.24-7pressrelease.com/view_press_release.php?rID=6725With all that being said, itseems like the dairy industry is living up to the American dream. Butwhat if I was tell you that this dream was all achieved by lies, deceptions, and down right bad science, all at the cost of its consumershealth.

Keep walking with me. What if the very thing milk is supposedlyknown for, actually caused the opposite? Instead of creating strongerbones, what if they caused weaker bones in reality? Instead of keepingyou healthy, it actually increased your chances of cancer. Instead ofweight loss it caused weight gain, and instead of working with yourimmune system, it actually inflicts an immune response making you

more prone to becoming sick. These are all very strong claims, but theyare definitely backed by science.

Before reading any further, every reader should understand thatthese are all my opinions and not recommendations. My hopes are that

each reader digests this information with an open mind, and researchthe topic on their own to come to their own conclusion. Informationbrings with it the burden of responsibility, and responsibility shouldmake you do just that, RESPOND to your ABILITY to think and act.Never become the product of someone elses opinions andinterpretation, for you know not their motive.

Milk is herald as the king of calcium, but no matter how much youdrink, at the most only 32% is absorbable, and that is only if you are notvitamin D deficient, which most Americans are because of their phobia

of the sun, (thats a whole other story).http://www.scientificamerican.com/article.cfm?id=vitamin-d-deficiency-united-states Milkjust like any other animal protein taken in the body is acidic, which for aperiod lowers the blood pH. Now as we have all learned in physiology, the blood prefers to stay in a neutral state, activating buffering systemsthat will see to it that the pH imbalance brought on by the milk is dealtwith. Ironically one of the most alkaline substances in the body iscalcium. Calcium is then called on to bring the blood back to its neutralstate. Now the reason why I say ironically is because of the very storage

location of calcium, thats right, the bones. While you are drinkingsomething that claims to build strong bones, which only 32% of thecalcium at most is being absorbed, (and thats a big at most) leaving

behind an acid residue to be buffered out by the very thing you thoughtyou were putting in, calcium. This leads to a vicious cycle of calciumdepletion, because the calcium called on now leaves the body via urine.

Now for the nay sayers and head shakers that are ready to bang for theirbeloved milk, here are some quotes.

Of course the torture does not stop there. As we all may or maynot be aware, just like a nursing mother, a cow only produces milk afterit has given birth to a calf. Therefore the cows are impregnated and givebirth in order to start the milk process; in turn those calves will besentenced to a long life of hard labor, or maybe just a short one. Thereason for pointing that out is because; normally the cow would onlyproduce enough milk for that calf it gave birth to. Thats right, we mayhave actually forgotten that cows milk is actually for a baby cow. Sincethe normal amount of milk will not be enough to quench the thirst ofAmerica, hormones must be added to make the cow be able to produce

milk around the clock. These hormones are called Bovine growthhormone, or bovine somatotropin (also called bGH, rbGH, bST, or bSTpick one).

    Why is this important?

which included more than 500,000 women, found that women with

high intakes of lactoseequivalent to that found in 3 cups of milk

Some researchers have hypothesized, however, that modern

industrial milk production practices have changed milk's hormone

composition in ways that could increase the risk of ovarian and

other hormone-related cancers. Ganmaa D, Sato A. The possible roleof female sex hormones in milk from pregnant cows in the developmentof breast, ovarian, and corpus uteri cancers.Med Hypotheses. 2005;65:102837.

Unfortunately I could quote all day, but Ill stop there. The point is

that there are a plethora of studies that link this hormone (that havefound its way into the school cafeterias every where) to cancer. Thishormone has been banned from Europe and Canada because theircancer link. The official word from the dairy industry is that thehormone is of course is safe for human consumption, but so wascigarettes when it was first introduced. opinion and interpretations, while at the same time finding them selvesill with cancer. In return all the tobacco industry could offer was anapology, if that. Never become the product of someone elses opinionsand interpretation, for you know not their motive.

As I mentioned earlier, cows must be able to produce a surplus ofmilk (which Is forced upon the cow via hormones), so in turn they arehooked up to machines that milk them (there is no old guy sitting on abar stool milking cows). In spite of the onslaught of antibiotics that alsofinds its way into the milk, the results of the constant milking aremastitis.

Mastitis in dairy cattle is the persistent, inflammatory

reaction of the uddertissue. This potentially fatalmammary gland

infection is the most common disease in dairy cattle in the United

States. It is also the most costly to the dairy industry.[1] Milk from

cows suffering from mastitis has an increasedsomatic cell count.http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mastitis_in_dairy_cattle

And what is so concerning about the somatic cell count you mightask. Somatic cell count is a nice way of saying PUS!

"You may be horrified to learn that the USDA allows milk to

contain from one to one and a half million white blood cells per

milliliter (That's only 1/30 of an ounce). If you don't already know

this, I'm sorry to tell you that another way to describe white cellswhere they don't belong would be to call them pus cells."Robert M.Kradjian, MD, Surgeon at Seton Medical Centre, wrote in his article titled"The Milk Letter: A Message to My Patients,"

So, so far we have depletion of calcium, cancer linked hormones, and pus. Im sure Im missing several more important facts, but giventhe time I will end on this one last note. Between the ages 3-4, thenormal process in a child will be to stop producing lactase (breaks down

lactose), because the child will have had all the milk his or her body everneeds by way of their mother, who has supplied them with customizedmilk specifically for them. Milk consumption after this time frameresults in being lactose intolerant, which is actually the NORM!! I repeat, being lactose intolerant is the norm! More than 70% of the worldsadults are lactose intolerant.http://pediatrics.aappublications.org/content/118/3/1279.full.pdf+html

90% Asians and Native American, 85-90% Africans and Afro-Latinos, are lactose intolerant. Being lactose intolerant means morethan just gas and frequent trips to the bathroom, it means allergies andpoorer immune system when consumed. Milk allergies can cause

sinusitis, asthma, ear infection, congestion, runny nose, skin rash, eczema, fatigue, lethargy and irritability. You will undoubtedly findconflicting information on this topic, seeing as how a 70% decrease inrevenue would definitely hurt the pockets of the dairy industry, therefore studies of course are very scarce.

With such an high incidence of lactose intolerance, its a wonderhow dairy got its own spot on the food pyramid, as if it was a totallyseparate type of food. Its amazing how money works, because if I hadenough money I could see to it that 50 cent soda made it to at least the

third block on the pyramid (or plate). And with a street team of gangsta, calculative, deceptive, down right cold blooded marketers, I could see toit that 50 cent soda was on every poster in schools and commercialsacross America. All while saying it was healthy you and provide little ifany proof at all. And if I did provide proof, I would undermine you bytelling you 50 cent soda has 60% of the calcium needed, never mindevery thing else in it. I know for the most part I would be successful forat least 20 years, because people wont bother looking it up.

With all this being said, its a astonishing that milk is as popular as

it is, assuming that the information presented here is correct. Thatswhere you come in. Dare to think outside the box, dare to question, anda question should do just that, send you on a quest for the truth.Reevaluate if this is something that you want to continue giving yourself and family, dont wait for them to tell you 3 years later that you

know those damn synthetic hormones may actually be bad for us.

So with all that being said, just what are the benefits of milk? Onceagain 90% Asians and Native American, 85-90% Africans and Afro-Latinos, along with 70% of the adult population are lactose intolerant. So when they say, Milk, it does a body good, just whos body are therereferring to? They are certainty not referring to the majority of peopleon this plant.

The jury is in, I herby find the defendant Milk guilty on all chargesof fraud, deception, impersonating a beverage and possible homicide.
