ROTC Scholarship Programs How can you participate in ROTC? ● As a winner of a 4-year scholarship (or, in some cases,
a 3-year award) for high school seniors ● As a recipient of a 2- or 3-year scholarship for ROTC
members who are not initially on scholarship ● By receiving an in-college scholarship (usually for 2
years) designated for students who have not yet joined an ROTC unit
● As a non-scholarship student

● You must be a U.S. citizen or resident alien. ● You must be at least 17 years old (17-year old applicants
require parental consent). ● You must (with very few exceptions) have a high school
